How do I start running? I'm literally starting from zero experience and I'm not very fit 😅

Start slow and short distance. You don’t want to dread going for a run. There’s nothing wrong with a walk/jog where you walk and jog for half the time. I’m from England and we have something called park run. If you’re from the UK you can find a local one and have that as a goal (it’s 5km).
I also plan my runs out so they’re on the calendar with how far I’m going to do each run OR the time I’m going to run for.
You absolutely do not want to start running every day from zero. You will injure yourself as it’s very high impact. Start off with 2-3 x a week for a short distance maximum!
I’d recommend following a running program like coach 2 5k to get you started ☺️ good luck!

Stretch well, do warm up exercises, make sure you have plenty of water, and you should be good to go. If you’re not sure about the stretching and exercises YouTube can be very helpful.

Highly recommend couch to 5k.
Are you doing 10k steps a day? Start by getting your pace up walking fast, build up stamina. Then start by doing short runs, “I’ll jog from here to the end of the street then walk the next street”, gradually building up.

Start small!
Have comfy shoes, bring electrolytes when in hotter weather.
Let your body guide you on when to pace yourself.
Running is quiet instinctual once you start

Definitely start small, you’ll get side stitches, and be out of breath quickly but with time you will gain endurance. Also look into proper form (it helps you significantly to keep the momentum) and what “intervals” are and how to do them. Intervals help with endurance as well. I ran cross country when I was in high school and initially had zero endurance, but it definitely comes to you with time.
Oh and warm ups for sure help prevent injuries, look up running warm ups!
