I'm 5 months post-partum and have not been doing any of my usual pre-pregnancy workouts. I used to do calorie deficit and weight train, but since I pump and breastfeed, I can't do the calorie deficit without dipping my milk supply and I don't feel ready to weight train because just lifting a tote box for moving had me feeling sore inside the section. But ya'll!! Are there other ways to get rid of that shelf on top of the scar? I've always had a little pooch to begin with but after the C Section it has been more prominent. Let me know what regimen helped you.

C section recovery really takes more like a year. Be gentle with yourself!

I have the same problem I did exercise for my DR it was 3.5 finger wide now it’s 1 finger, but all the loose fat and pooch is still there I’m 10 months postpartum you’re really early to be worried when I was 5 months postpartum I still looked pregnant but now it’s way better give yourself some time and rest

C section massage helps a ton with the shelf as it loosens the tightness
