Safe, yay or nay?

Hubby and I have done the deed probably at least once to twice a week since my six week check up. They are not able to get me into get birth control until 15th of this month meaning that I will have had about a month between the two appointments. I haven’t gotten a period yet and I am doing a mixture of breast feeding and pumping .

There is no way to know. Even breastfeeding you could start ovulating again, which of course happens before you get your period. Breastfeeding can delay it but it isn't a guarantee so if you aren't using contraception then whether it is safe or not is an unknown

You will ovulate about 2 weeks before your period comes back (or doesn't if you get pregnant instead) and if you are pumping then breastfeeding is not creating any protection. I'd check if you're pregnant before you start the birth control. Twice a week is significant enough. Basically you've a high chance of getting pregnant if you ovulated at all during those 2 weeks

You are the most fertile ever after giving birth. Breastfeeding does not stop ovulation or hinder fertility. I know a few moms that thought it would and were pregnant back to back. Sorry to say but it’s not safe 🫶🏻

Is it that serious?

So my husband woke me up for sex this morning. I was soo tired, and not in the mood. He got mad and said this is the kind of shit that will make him find sex somewhere else. Mind you it’s not like we have gone a week without sex. It’s been 1 day! We had company over last night, were drinking and slept late. So this morning I was trying to sleep in coz I’m off today. I also don’t like being woken up for sex, and he knows that. He just expects me to be ready to go when he is and that’s not how I function. That statement pissed me off!! I told him he’s free to go find it somewhere else. Is it really that serious??!! 🤦🏾‍♀️

Side hustle?

Anybody know of any good side hustles for a SAHM? I see a lot of moms doing treats and sourdough but I feel like that market has already been saturated. Same thing with cricut stuff

Visitors around newborn

So I've seen a few of my best friends because I feel so comfortable and can be open and honest in how I am feeling around them but didn't see me aunts/nan until 8 weeks postpartum, they all live over an hour away and knew they would be round for most of the day & baby being passed around which I hate. Been called selfish and saying I'm pushing them out.
I love them all but I'm not that close with them, we didn't say how long we would wait for visitors because we were just seeing how we got on. My best friend came round for 2 hours of an evening not like the whole day at the weekend.
What do you think?
