What is everyone eating and when? I have 2 under 2 and I'm struggling to find time to cook or eat lol. When do you cook?????
I need some easy (and healthy) meal ideas please! No dietary restrictions 😅.

Lunch is always picky plates- cheese chunks, han, sliced chicken, houmous, veggie sticks, coleslaw etc. easy to just chuck on whatever you have in the fridge! Or soup or beans on toast. Tea i try and batch cook some spag bol, chilli and mexican chicken once every few weeks so we have at least some healthy meals to grab from the freezer- we also buy frozen onions, peppers and spinach to easily chuck in to pasta sauces etc to make them a bit healthier! 😊

Children eat what I eat to some variation, the main meal is the same. He might have veg whereas I'll have salad, but he's getting better at trying it. Tend to have a bowl of leaves on the table and he'll try.

Usually weekends or evenings I do kind of batch cooking, portion and freeze it. However, I do fresh cooking whenever I find time during the day. Make fresh salad every day, use it twice/day. If not, I will add atleast some mini cucumbers or cherry or plum tomatoes with spinach or lettuce. Pasta, spaghetti, veg or chicken rice, fish, chicken wings or breast, soups, lamb, boiled eggs, curry etc. Any air fried veggies (cut broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green beans, green peas, corn, aubergine etc).
At times when tired, just have pot noodles or frozen pizza (Airfryer).
Just giving you some idea.
There are days, despite having food in the fridge, I can't eat anything till night because of my baby. Now slowly getting better.

Chicken, sausage, tuna pasta with veg
Chicken, rice or noodles with veg
Mince base with various beans with rice or pasta, mince with lots of veg and lentils and potatoes on top
Eggs, sausage, potato waffles, beans
Beef chilli, beef stew or roast dinner
Meatballs and spaghetti and garlic bread
Pitta pizza, chips and salad
Wraps, meat, salad and potato wedges
I'm sure there's more but my brain is tired 🤣
