Night light - breastfeeding

I’m looking for recommendations on a night light, more for me when the baby arrives and we have night feeds/changes.

Something that isn’t too bright but bright enough to see my way through a nappy change

Thank you

I love my nodiee one. Easy to customise the lighting and sounds. You can even program it for different times of the day

We have a nanit sound and light that can be different colors and brightness level. And we also have a smart light we control via Alexa to turn it red at night. Red seems to be a dark enough calm like he doesn't wake up or seem bothered by it, but it's bright enough I can feed him and then pump after and be able to see.

Casper plug-ins have option for continuous light or motion activated. The motion side either gently brightness for visibility or quicker, but never a gross amount of light. I use this currently in lieu of bathroom light during the multiple nighttime pee breaks

I got this one, it has different brightness settings, red light and its also white noise if you want that too. Im still using it at 18 months

I brought 2 lights - I have the Tommee Tippee GroEgg2 light. This is good for knowing the temperature of the room as it displays the temp and the light colour changes accordingly when plugged in and on.
2nd more practical light for feeds and changing is one from Amazon: Jolywell night light for kids, baby night light. Has multiple colours, usb charged and portable, has a white light that you can just tap and hold to dim or make brighter

I’ve got this one and it’s worked really well. It has different color settings and is dimmable.

Postpartum resentment towards family and friends

I’m a FTM and well over a year postpartum but I still struggle to this day letting go of resentment I built PP toward family members and friends. I went through a very difficult PP those first at least 5 months and when I needed support most, my brain was paying very close attention to who showed up and who didn’t. I was drowning and calling out for help, everyone knew how much I was struggling yet no one showed up for me or they only did once. I’m new to the UK so I have very little friends here(if any) and the only family I have is my husbands. I’ve recently found out some of these said friends/family members that didn’t ever help me are having their first babies and I’m expected by them and others around us to help with the baby and the mum specially during PP. I just cannot bring myself to help them knowing they never helped me(not even texted me to make sure I was ok) when I needed it. Any kind friendly advice to let go of the resentment I’ve held in my heart towards these people since I gave birth? Any one else experienced this?

Cloth diapers trouble

Hi, I need help. My baby girl is 9 weeks. We were using Kudos diapers and they gave her diaper rash. We have cloth diapers and wanted to give it a try. Last night I had her in 1 that only has 4 snaps in the front and she was swimming in it. She peed through the shell this morning so I put another one on her with 2 inserts, one is sewn in the the inside of the shell and the other I just laid on top. We have a few of these type but they are so big and bulky on her. She is only 7lbs. Is there a way to still use these now? She has a disposable on because she was histerical i didn't want to make her wait while we figure it out. This one too has an insert in the pocket and she is sitting on one. Is that too many? She doesn't poop often but pees. I don't want her to have a leak but these seem huge. I snapped the rise buttons top and bottom together and pulled the wings out but they still seem huge. She slips out of them a little. Idk what to do. I have all these cloth diapers I would prefer to use but idk if she is still too tiny. Thank you in advance.

Wake windows

Anyone else’s baby pretty much sleep through the night but they’re awake 80% of the day? My baby only has 2 feeds through the night and is flat out but he’s awake so much in the day lately! He’s probably only slept 60 minutes maximum all day today. Is this normal lol?

3 month breast feeding ‘crisis’?

Is this a real thing? My little boy is 3 months and 2 weeks and the last couple of days is becoming frustrated and upset when feeding (not every time). He feeds for less time which I think is normal now my supply is regulated but is sometimes finishing feeds by crying, he larches/unlatches more frequently or will make a lot of noise whilst still latched as if he is uncomfortable/upset. He’s having plenty of wet nappies so I am assuming he is still having enough milk.

He’s never been like this before and I’m wondering if there is something I need to change or if it’s a case of riding the storm until he settles back down.

Any advice / reassurance is welcome!
