Second C-section was because the OB/GYN I had told me she didn’t do vbac I really want to experience a vaginal birth so planning to switch obgyns

My friend just had her 3rd and had 2 C-sections before this. She wanted to birth at a birthing center and only a few midwives would take her, because it is a risk. She actually ended up laboring at her mom's house accidentally, but everything went beautifully. So I would say maybe check out birthing centers in your area? If you'd prefer a hospital just keep calling around and asking which places will do it for you.

My first was emergency c section send was 2.5 years exactly later and I managed a vbac, drs like to do c sections if you have had one before as for them its the easier way, it means less monitoring for them and agreed less of a risk I’m from the UK so things might be different there. What I did was stayed at home the entire time, I literally made it to the hospital as I was about to push, I knew if I went hours prior it would have been a c section and I was determined to not let that happen xx

The reason I chose to was because my first was an emergency and I felt like I had failed (just my own thoughts even though I didn’t fail) and I wanted to be able to experience actually pushing a baby out (crazy I know cos that’s painful)
