Routines please

same lol how old is your little one what are you doing atm

We’ve had the same routine since my boys turned 3 weeks (routine is key with twins)

9:30 start the day
10:00 I do bottle then play until they’re tired
14:00 dad does bottle then play until they’re tired
18:00 I do bottle then play until they’re tired
22:00 I do bottle then bed
2:00 I do bottle & back to bed
6:00 dad does bottle & puts them back to bed

(Dad works nights)

Every other night we do bath time at 21:30 before the 22:00 bottle


Recently they’ve been going longer than 4 hours at night so we just go with the flow then adjust where needs be

Once they’re tired after playing they typically sleep until the next bottle
