Is it too early to self refer ?

Hi everyone! Firstly, congratulations to all the new mums! 🥰

I’m currently 11 DPO (4 weeks + 3 days) and have had positive, although faint, lines on both an Easy@Home and a Clearblue test.

I was just wondering if it’s too early to complete my self-referral, or if I should wait until I get a stronger line? I’m planning to take a digital test in a few days, but I’d love to hear what everyone else has done or would recommend. Thanks! 😊

I self referred myself at 4 weeks and 5 days x

I’d do it now. They’ll likely give you a date that’s further down the line anyway. I self-referred at 4 weeks pregnant, my first midwife appointment is booked around 7 to 8 weeks.

I found out at 3+2 and self referred a couple days later, my appointment isn't until next month anyway but it felt nice to get the process started!

I just referred straight away tbh, I’m also exactly 4 weeks + 3 days

Faint positive?

Hi everyone!

I just need someone to save me from my own brain, I’m about 13dpo and have taken a pregnancy test this morning and it came up straight away with a faint line, the line is pink (a very pale pink) but then I took a clear blue digital about 30 minutes ago that said not pregnant, so I’m conflicted and worried that it’s a false when we got our hopes up!
My last pregnancy we found out after 5 weeks so the test was undeniable! And testing this early I have no symptoms apart from some bloating! So very strange, need some input, may sound silly!

TTC No2

Im wondering if anyone can shed some light on something for me before I make a phone call. Please don’t judge. My first baby just turned 1 yo but we have been trying to conceive for the last 4 months. Ive lost quite a bit of weight and been taking vitamins etc. However we have been having sex for that year unprotected 4/5 times a week and not fell pregnant once in that year. We decided to start early because I had been told I have Adenomyosis and polycystic ovaries and we wanted our babies close together. We thought with the fact that it technically has been a year that we would’ve got pregnant by now but nothing. Im starting to get disheartened. Im not even sure Im ovulating correctly. I get positive ovulation test but pdg test is always negative so saying I haven’t ovulated and it’s costing too much to carry it on this way. I suppose my question is when do I speak to my doctor?

Smear test gone from every 3 years to 5years thoughts

I recently had my smear test 3 years after having my confirmation smear test 6 months after having to have a LEET and biopsy after abnormal cells where found. It terrifies me that my next smear is in 5 years time as I had abnormal cells that required burning off after only 3 years (3 years prior and 6 years prior I was all clear). Next time I could have them and it could be way worse! I didnt even have symptoms last time either. I may never need a LEET again and I hope I never do. But 5 years feels too long. How do you feel?
