Finger prick readings

Am I the only one who's finding all this technology really frustrating between things not syncing up random error messages and the stupid thing switching itself off just as I catch the blood droplet I haven't managed to take a reading without having to do 3 or more finger pricks each time. I was particularly frustrated with last night's reading where I got a happy 4.6 only for it to not sync up so I tried again and got 5.7. I'm hoping I'll get the hang of it and it will get easier (this is only my second day of doing it) but im scared im going to run out of test strips at this point

my machine/app syncing was always fussy so i just manually input the numbers on the app. does yours let you do that? and do your strips have a test window? if so is that filling up every time? if not you might be catching the blood at the wrong angle which can give errors, it took me a few days to get the hang of it. it can be annoying but you'll get there!

lol this might b a dumb question

I’m 38w1d.

I have 1weekand6 days left.

So should I expect baby arrival to be in the week 39? Or week 40-41?

Why do I need a driver's license to drive but Waymo cars don't?

Am I just dumb to not be understanding this or is there an AI driver's test I'm unaware of?

Due date but no sign of baby

Today is my due date and I’ve not had any of the typical signs of going into labor anytime soon. I can’t stop crying today I just feel mentally and physically done being pregnant and ready to meet my baby. I have cabin fever and starting to resent my partner for still being able to live life normally. Booked for an induction next Friday if nothing happens but that feels like ages away. Is anyone else in the same boat?

Positive advice on anxiety

I’m 5+4 and it’s my first pregnancy. I am suffering with really bad anxiety. I had to have a scan at 5 weeks due to location being question but that was confirmed in the right place with sac and yolk sac. Being pregnant is all I have ever wanted yet my anxiety and worry is through the roof. I can’t focus day to day and am on count down until the next scan. Can any one offer any positive advice or help how to ease anxiety and think positive? Xxx

Preterm labor

I am very worried that I am in preterm labor. I am 33w and 34w on Tuesday.
I’ve had contractions (my stomach gets hard all over). They go away and come back all day long since Sunday. I’m well hydrated.
Pelvic pressure is hit and miss some days.
Backaches there lower back
And last digestive crap been hitting me to kinda.
She’s moving fine. She gives me hell every day. My one worry about her wanting to come early is her weight. 31w I had an ultrasound (semi high risk, 22q deletion positive baby) and her weight was 3.4 not what it should be. So I’m worried about her being not enough weight.
Probably should call my doc but they’ll say go be put on monitor which, childcare for my 16 months son not easy right now.
Grandma and grandpa are third shifters.
