During my pregnancy, and now after (almost 6 weeks postpartum) I wasnt very turned on with my husband. I love him and find him attractive and we had a good sex life, but, I feel like he's being pushy and I feel like he's pushing me to be sexual sometimes. He will tell me he misses my touch but then put my hand on his dick and expects me to give him a handjob when he doesnt ask me. I told him, ask me. Im not in the mental head space to be sexual. I'm exhausted from our newborn (5 weeks old, almost 6)
He took up smoking because of his stress. What do I have? I cant drink because if I drink too much then I cant care for my baby. I cant nap, no one let's me sleep (pets included). Im the one who cleans and plans the meals. Thankfully he's doing the laundry and taking our dog out.
I dont want to be touched sexually. I want sweet, hugs from behind, being held, cuddles and kisses. Not a hard dick hitting my butt and being told I need your touch but not asking me for consent.
I want to be intimate with him. But, the other issue is....he's poly. Im not.

Jesus. I'm so sorry that sounds awful. Have you talked to him about your needs as well? Not to shit on your relationship but he sounds very self serving from what you shared.

Do u mean polyamorous? Like he sees other people or something? It’s hard to want to be sexual when ur body is already exhausted and sleep deprived and being touched constantly by a newborn who needs u. If ur breastfeeding too it can be harder. I find that my body is my baby’s safe base and she always wants to be near me or nursing so when my fiancé wants to have sex it just feels like one more thing someone needs from my body. It doesn’t feel good to be touched it just feels like more is being taken that u don’t have to give.

I’m 1 year postpartum and I feel like my sex drive is just getting better, but it’s because I’ve been feeling more confident in my body and myself since working out and taking care of myself, it takes time. Some more than others, hopefully your able to talk to him and hopefully he understands and is patient
