Not walking

I feel like every other June baby we know is walking, and has been for a while now. My girl took a couple of solo steps about 3 weeks ago and I really thought that was the start of it but no, she just won't. She'll happily walk everywhere holding 1 hand but the moment you let go she drops straight down. I feel like she's not even wanting to stand on her own any more.
I'm not sure if its just me but it feels like she's actually regressing in terms of her gross motor skills rather than getting better.
She's just turned 13 months so I know there's still loads of time before we officially have to worry that she's not walking. But what can I do to help her with her confidence? She absolutely refuses to use a push along walker. We have 3 different types and she won't even entertain touching any of them..

Not sure if this is helpful but my 13 month old has just taken her first couple of solo steps this week and hasn’t really bothered since. They really do pick when they can be bothered to do things. 13 months is still very normal not to be walking yet 😊

My baby isn't waking either and isn't really much of a crawler. He's happy sitting. I'm actually a bit stressed about it too though other mums tell me some just walk late..

How do we feel about leashes?

I just ordered one for my verrrryy active 17 month old, cause I don’t want her getting to far away but I don’t want to not let her run. If she’s not in arms distance someone could hurt her or swipe her up. Dad said “I don’t want to be leash parents lol”

Hospital bag

Hey girlies I’m due 6th September and my midwife has told me I could be induced early due to my baby measuring big and that I need to start packing my hospital, looked online and I think the lists are too long like what’s the essential stuff I need to pack? I’m planning to breastfeed too so do I pack extra things for that??

Inducing labour

Hello I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for inducing labour. I think I have already tried all the obvious ones.

Sons party dilemma

Please read!! My mother-in-law just bought a bouncy house and told us we could throw a party at her house with it for my son’s fourth birthday party! Of course we accepted.

There’s a couple problems though, there’s only six kids allowed on it at a time. I want to stick to the rules really good since she’s being really kind to let us use her yard and her bouncy house!

Usually, we invite 15 kids only three of these kids are friends then my siblings kids are invited the problem is they all live super far away if I throw a party with only the three friends, it won’t be very fun, but if I invite only one of my siblings, it’s going over the limit of how many kids we can have they both have older kids as well that like to play and they’re like 130 pounds on their own😅
I’m not sure what to do please help!!

What do we do for birthdays!?

My son’s DOB is December 30th!! The mum guilt is real… for some reason???

It’s a really rubbish time of year to have a birthday and now my son will be 2 this december, I have no clue what to do for his birthday. His dad and I are separated and last year he was only 1 so we split the day in half. But I don’t want to do that forever… What are people doing for their December babies birthdays?
