How do you keep calm teaching children? Like fucking honestly. I thought I was gonna be patient but I’m infuriated everytime. What do I do.

What are you trying to teach or do you just mean generally ?

Things like basic writing their numbers or letters. They’re gonna be three soon

That's still very young IMO . If it feels frustrating for you, they will feel that too and that doesn't set up good groubding for future learning - although you sound like you just want the best ☺️
Personally, I wouldn't stress too much on the what they can do yet but build up the skills to enable them to do that in future and lots lots lots of talking, reading and singing.
For writing - finger and hand strength - playdough /dough disco - rolling and cutting - cutting with scissors - all things prepping for writing . Letters - start with their name. Can they find the letters from their name around the room (on post its)
Numbers - do verbal and practical alongside or before trying number writing or recognition. E.g here are some coins. Let's count them. Encourage counting as they touch. Language too - do you have MORE than me?
If you really want to do writing - do it big - chunky pencils / chalks. Go for lines /squiggles first before letters

Thank you guys for the clarity I really appreciate it
