am i overreacting

So i’m 14 weeks pregnant and know the gender, and have a name picked out, Paisley and we decided since my fiancée doesn’t see his older sister and she’s important to him we used her middle name Jade. His sister said that it would be cute if her nickname was PJ but now my fiancées mom is saying no one can call the baby by the nickname only my sister in law… i feel like im overreacting but idk
