I would check with your OB an maybe sue the hospital for not shaving? They are supposed to shave an clean your C-section area!

Nope I had a cat 1 emergency c section and wasnt prepared like id hoped id be down there. I had hairs all stitched into me and mine has healed well enough, especially considering I had a nasty infection 3 weeks pp too. Im now 12 weeks pp. Especially in my situation where they had 30 mins to get my baby born to save us both the last thing they worry about is shaving. I worried it would heal bad because of it but it seems its pretty common

With all my C-sections, all three were planned but my middle decided to come early. So I had to planned (come in the day we had set) and one urgent C-sections. And I got shaved for all three of mine. They specifically told me not to shave the day before because they would do it for me. I have dissolvable staples before they stitched up my incision so mine is kinda bumpy for that but once they are all gone it won’t be bumpy anymore.
My incision is still numb. I was numb for a while after all my C-sections.

First c-section.. unplanned

Hey mamas

I just had an emergency c-section and now I’m at home struggling how to get out of bed and not use my abdomen, sitting or laying back on the couch to put baby to sleep and struggling to get up without help.

Any tips?.. or things you mamas have used that helps with healing?

I’m terrified of tearing the wound open or not healing properly.. :/

Hospital complaint

Has anyone ever made a complaint about the hospital they gave birth in after a bad labour experience?
What was the outcome, and did you feel like it helped or gave you any closure? I’d really appreciate hearing your experiences ❤️

Currently wanting to do this but can't seem to figure how to so hoping someone knows how!!

Extra points if it was the Diana Princes of Wales Hospital

..

People who get induced when it’s not a medical emergency annoys me. Everytime I make a post asking about labor or anything regarding natural births somebody who willingly got induced comment like your experience is not the same. I’m trying to learn and hear about natural experiences

Spicy time after a C-section

How long did everyone wait after a section to get back into bed? Everything I’ve read says around 6 weeks but I’m not even 2 weeks pp and so ready! Obviously I don’t want to do any damage but I don’t have my ‘6 week’ appointment until 8 weeks. That’s too long!
