Sleeping past 5 am

Please help my little one is nearly 8 months old and it doesn’t matter what time she goes to bed she always wakes between 5 and 6 am and won’t go back to sleep till between 9 and 10

Edit: she goes to bed between 8 and 10 we do a dinner at 5 and a bottle at half 7. Naps wise I’m lucky if she will nap for more than half hour at a time and if she does 3 naps I’m lucky most of the time it’s just 2 naps a day

Go to bed later, sounds like she's had enough night time sleep so it's just her natural wake time. Then she's having a morning nap after a wake window. Most babies can only sleep 10-11 hours at once overnight (my son always did about 10.5 at that age!) so adjusting bed time to be later is probably the way forward

I think she’s already putting the child to bed late enough, girl needs an evening to herself! A couple of other things might be factors, how dark is the room? Are they having too much day time sleep is probably your biggest one to consider

No advice, but in solidarity as mine is 9 months, and thats what she does too. She wakes between half 5 and half 6 most days, and then will have a morning nap about 3 hours after being awake.
Its our norm here

Sounds like shes having too much day slepp. I would start capping naps x

Maybe just an early riser my boy is the same always between 6 and 7 even if he goes to bed at midnight and he only napes for 30/40 mins through the day. We’ve tried everything and he is just an early bird

My babies are early risers, didn't matter when they went to bed or how many naps they had, they are always up between half 5 and half 6. Maybe try changing up your nap lengths and times to see if that helps with a longer night sleep x

Just an early riser maybe, my 4 year old is the same, very annoying 😂

Could I have (accidentally) harmed her?

I’m panicking. I just moved from EBF to formula three weeks ago (baby is 6 months) and I use a Tommy tippee prep machine to help making the bottles. Because of sleep deprivation, I must have set the settings of the prep machine all wrong, because I’ve only just clocked that I’ve been giving her 7 scoops of formula but 8 oz of water. It’s meant to be 7 scoops for 7 oz, so I’ve essentially been giving her overly diluted bottles for three weeks now. How severe is this? Do you think these three weeks could have harmed her? Do I need to take her to see a doctor urgently? She seems to be doing well and seems to be her normal happy self, but I want to make sure I haven’t done something terribly wrong for her health. (Please be nice, I didn’t do this on purpose, my baby wakes up every hour these days so I’m very sleep deprived and brains not working)

Car seat

I know the car seat I want, but I don’t have the money to afford it at this moment. Anybody know how I can get a car seat that is safe and the one I want for a good offer?

Any thoughts on prams? We have looked at and tried out so many. From Nuna to Bugaboo to whatever other ridiculous name there is but would love to hear what anyone’s experience has been like 🫶 xxx

How do I stop my toddler from turning on the lights when he wakes up?

I put him to bed an hour ago and he has come out of it and turned on the lights and tried to leave the room approaching 10 times now.
How do I stop this?

I don’t know why today is different
