Could I have (accidentally) harmed her?

I’m panicking. I just moved from EBF to formula three weeks ago (baby is 6 months) and I use a Tommy tippee prep machine to help making the bottles. Because of sleep deprivation, I must have set the settings of the prep machine all wrong, because I’ve only just clocked that I’ve been giving her 7 scoops of formula but 8 oz of water. It’s meant to be 7 scoops for 7 oz, so I’ve essentially been giving her overly diluted bottles for three weeks now. How severe is this? Do you think these three weeks could have harmed her? Do I need to take her to see a doctor urgently? She seems to be doing well and seems to be her normal happy self, but I want to make sure I haven’t done something terribly wrong for her health. (Please be nice, I didn’t do this on purpose, my baby wakes up every hour these days so I’m very sleep deprived and brains not working)

AITA? My husband chooses to go to sleep at 2/3am and then is exhausted the rest of the day for us.

He does some mornings of waking up with our baby and I do the rest but I don't give him leeway because we are both adults and making choices. I go to bed around 11.30/midnight knowing that our bubba wakes between 6-7am so we are both making choices. I am tired too but I just deal. It would be different if he started work early in the mornings or had really late finishes but it's all about priorities mate. For context our baby is 10 months and sleeps through the night from 8pm sometimes with an occasional wake up but mainly sleeps through.

I think I may have accidentally created a bad night sleeping routine with my baby. Can I still change it? HOW?

So, my 1 month old baby is mostly sleeping during the day. But her deep sleep is from morning to midday. The last week, we have been having troubles with her sleeping normally at night and she's been uncomfortable and on/off crying loud as well, which sometimes I am unsure if she's just tired or colic. As a first time mum with only husband as my support, IDK what to do. Like last night, she was crying and sleeping from around 11pm to 4am on/off. She sleeps for like 15mins then cry for almost an hour and repeat. At first, we tried burping her and she was not doing it. She managed to burp but then still cried as if she's uncomfortable.

Having PPD&A also did not help. Everyday I only get 3-4 of sleep (interrupted) they said sleep when the baby sleeps but I just can't as when she's sleeping in the morning, that's when my mind starts thinking about a lot of things.

When will the sleeping get better? 🥺 I want to be a happy and jolly mum for her but doing it tired and sleepless is hard. 😞

**Also, what do I do to lessen her grunts during sleep? sometimes she sounds like she's wheezing and grunting and wakes me up at night. HV said it's normal but just keeps me up and just makes me watch her sleep.

Feeling detached / numb about my pregnancy

Good morning everyone, I’m a first time mom to be, due Jan 29th. I’ll be 13 weeks tomorrow. I just had my second sonogram beginning of my second trimester. I’ve been feeling very depressed and kind of detached from my womb/baby. I’m not sure if it’s because of resent the father or myself for how things turned out the way it did before the baby is even born. I already made a choice not abort. But I’m struggling to be happy about this. I don’t know how to be. My family and friends are all excited and gleaning with joy but there’s no excitement in me. Inside I want to scream. I feel numb. And in a way I feel love bombed and cheated out of a happy pregnancy. I’m very upset with myself because I feel like my baby will grow up without a father because I have to protect my peace. I found out I’m the “other” woman, I’m basically a secret. So I feel like my pregnancy is based on lies instead of real love. And it’s killing me to pretend I’m happy when I’m truly not. I know the baby can feel everything I feel. I don’t know what to do, where to go or who to talk to. Church is very judgemental I wouldn’t dare say what I’m truly going through, and family can be very hypocritical and overprotective given the circumstances. All I know is I’m not bringing this baby into a two parent home like I thought I would. And I honestly just feel like another statistic. I’m adding to the generational curse instead of breaking it.

Oral dysfunction ?

FTM and I wondered whether I need to speak to a doctor etc
My little boy is 9 weeks old and we had latch issues initially with breastfeeding and was referred for tongue tie which he doesn’t have.
He struggles to keep a dummy in his mouth all the time.
He mouth breathes a lot.
We combi feed, and sometimes he struggles with his bottle, we have upped his teat size as he was taking for ever with no1 teats and falling asleep, now he sometimes struggles with breathing and drinking and the muslin we use gets pretty wet as it’s coming out of the side of his mouth.
And his lips look like he has the rippling (forgot the name of it)
When I’ve googled oral dysfunction some of these things indicate this but also I don’t know if this is pretty normal.

Photo below- after falling asleep breast feeding, apparently the tongue needs to be on the roof of his mouth.

Which sometimes he does but not all the time. Is this something I need to keep an eye on/ speak to a doctor ?

Going abroad with baby for first time

Planning a much needed trip to Greece, and I’m wondering what to do about a car seat. We will be renting a car and I’ve seen that you ca rent a car seat but it’s sometimes a bit hit and miss on the condition and availability. So on that basis do we take our own? How does it work taking it on the plane? And what happens if it gets lost?!
Thank you!
