Not being heard

It feels like my husband isn’t hearing me. I have said to him before about wanting to do something and then he goes and we do something else. Like I wanted to go to pride with my friend but instead my husband and I, with our 2 kids, go to a tractor pull thing and I also just got a tooth pulled out not that long ago. There are other things that I have said that I didn’t want to go with but he insisted that I need to go. It is like it goes in one ear and out the other ear. I’m just at a list bc even if I try to talk to him, it ends in an argument and he just goes and tells his family or my family about the stuff I do wrong. I don’t want to end up how my parents were when I was younger but I’m just to the point idk what to do. Sorry for the long post, just don’t know where to rant at anymore

Am I asking for too much

Have got a 1 year old and am 10 weeks pregnant with our 2nd. 3 days a week I’m up at 5am to get myself ready for work, then baby ready for nursery before taking him to nursery and going to work. I then do the nursery collection after work and have an hour or so before my husbands home where I do everything. Then on my 2 days off I’m up early and doing everything all day. Come the weekends when my husbands home I’ve on many occasions quietly got out of bed to get my son up so that my husband can continue sleeping in. But not once have I ever had the chance myself. It’s never been offered, it comes across as a hardship if my husband has to get up and it takes him so long to decide he is I may as well get up. I’ve brought it up with him on many occasions but we’ve ended up disagreeing or bickering. All I want is to sometimes be able to stay in bed longer, enjoy a coffee and a rest

Husband on phone from morning until night. Is this normal?

I sometimes have to yell like 5 times for him to respond to me and sometimes he still won’t respond. Our child will be next to him trying to talk to him and he will either ignore her of won’t even hear he’s because he’s so damn distracted.

I tried to bring it up to him and he got really mad and said he’s so stressed because he has so much on his mind and I don’t have a lot on my mind to worry about like he does so the phone isn’t the problem. He said he prob wouldn’t respond to me if he wasn’t on the phone because of how much is on his mind.

He won’t get off his damn phone and it’s been like 5 years. It’s gotten worse as our child got older, but he will literally have his eyes glued to the phone from morning f until night.

He won’t even have much of a conversation with me most of the time it’s unbelievable no matter how much I complain to him.

Have to vent … I’m tired

I’m so exhausted …. I don’t have anyone I can go move with for me and my kids ….. I’m stuck with an abusive husband that constantly beats me up, put guns to my head , throw my clothes in the dumpster , smash my phones to pieces , and locks me outside from 9 am till the following morning …… then is forcing poly on me while claiming that he’s a pimp . Will be on the phone with women in my face having hours long conversations, going to sit outside in the car with them … will talk bad about me to any and everybody …. But then wants to fight and threatening me when I try to find ways to leave …. I’m tired , I’m exhausted , I’m depressed , I’m overwhelmed , and I’m starting to feel less than …. I’m almost to the point of no return …. The police out here won’t do much …. And if I do get him locked up once he makes bond i know I’ll be dead …..

How should we split it?

I work half the week and look after our toddler for the other half. My husband works full-time and I think he earns around 3-4 times more than I do.
He covers almost all of the bills but still seems have much more disposable income than I do.
I'm thinking of asking him if we can both pay all of our wages into a joint account, where bills and savings etc come out from, then we both take the same amount for personal spending. I don't know if he'll want to keep his income private or think that he should keep more of his earnings because he works more (even though I'm looking after our child for half the week).
What do you think?

Parents behaviour at the park

Do you encourage/ allow your children to share and socialise with other children at the park?

The way I parent and the way I was raised was that when we are in a park or another place with other children we always share our toys and be friendly with other children.

Recently my children and I were at the park and I was quite taken aback by another parent’s behaviour. They arrived at the area where all the children were playing together and stood there and lectured the child for like 5 minutes on all the rules on what they were and were not allowed to do. They were telling their children to play in a separate area to all the other children playing together. (They were all mostly toddlers). Then their children were coming towards the other children and picking up my kids toys which was completely fine with me all the children were sharing toys. But the parent was repeatedly telling their children to move away and not touch the toys. I just gave a little friendly “it’s completely fine they can play with the toys” to which the parent turned around and said “no thank you” it was just quite awkward because their children was really wanting to play and you can’t keep toddlers in one place. The parent wouldn’t let the child play and was keeping them confined in one place. Then when other toddlers were approaching the child and touching the toys the parent was saying “ that’s our toy , can you please give it back my baby is getting upset”. Actively encouraging the child not to share when I could tell the child wanted to play with the other children. It was making it difficult for all the other parents ensuring our children didn’t approach their area because they clearly were not happy about it. I just found it quite strange.

How ???

Why is it okay for men to just come and go as they please ?
BD just gets up gets changed and says cya later and walks out the house to go on a night out only to return at 5:30am and then spend the remainder of the day in bed.
Meanwhile I’m looking after our 2 kids who are under 2.
How is this behaviour seen as acceptable ?
