Please help. My two years has awful separation anxiety

I've been blessed with the most loving, little girl, but her separation anxiety has become really difficult.
For the last six weeks, she's constantly been saying things like, "Mummy gone now," "Daddy gone to work," or "Where's my mummy?" She'll repeat these phrases over and over again, screaming them at the top of her lungs for long periods. It feels like she's stuck in a loop that she can't get herself out of.
What I'm struggling with is that it isn't always triggered by us actually leaving. Sometimes it's completely understandable, like nursery drop-off, which she suddenly finds really upsetting even though she never used to. But most of the time it happens for reasons that don't seem to make sense.
She can be perfectly happy playing, completely calm, and have had our full attention, cuddles and reassurance all day. Then, seemingly out of nowhere, one of us might stand up from the table, walk to the other side of the room, pop around a corner where she can still hear us, or even just move around while she's still able to see us, and she'll become absolutely frantic.
Today, for example, we were in the garden together. She was happily playing and I simply walked across the garden to tidy up some toys. I was still in the garden with her, never out of sight, and our garden isn't even big, but she immediately went into full panic mode.
It doesn't seem to matter whether she's already upset or whether she's been getting plenty of attention beforehand. She can go from completely content to inconsolable in seconds, simply because one of us has moved away slightly.

In a nutshell, she seems to need one of us or preferably both me and my husband right beside her almost 24/7. Even the smallest amount of distance, or the thought that one of us might be leaving, is enough to trigger a huge meltdown. It feels like her anxiety has escalated so much that she can't tolerate even tiny separations, and we're really struggling to understand what's causing it or how best to help her.

It’s like living with this mini atomic bomb and you can feel like your walking on egg shells because just freely moving around has become this awkward things to do. Not sure if this is a phase, developmental or something else. Family members are noticing and it has on occasion made them feel uncomfortable because of all of the repeating she does. Please help because I’m not sure what we can do as we really do try everything and explain nobody’s leaving and we always come back to her very quickly.

What help for us is letting my girl know where am at. Like when u were in the garden you can say honey am going to tindy the toys, but am still going to be in the garden. You can even point the spot. I had to do that even when I had to use the restroom. I actually also use fidgeting toys, like the dumpling button. When I go to work she would yell not today, but I make small promises that comfort and reassure that we will be reunited again, I tell her am going to call u on my break. And I tell her don't forget to pick me up when I get out of work.

Talking

We have a 17 month old. At his clinic they said by 18 months he should have at least 20 words. He doesn’t. Everything is either daddy or he points and moans to what he wants. Should I be worried?

What do I do???

My 3yo is starting nursery next month so we've been trying to get him to understand about private parts and appropriate/safe touch.

We're trying to teach him that private parts are penis/vagina, bum, mouth and chest.

We have a 3 month old baby girl and he's realised she "doesn't have a willy" so we've been explaining that she has a vagina and he understands/doesn't care 😅

But today when I was changing his sister I was explaining again about private parts (we've only spoken about it 2 or 3 times in the past week or so) and he just started being really cheeky, saying he was going to touch her and me and then started hitting my bum 🙄

I've explained that if he wants he can ask to hold hands, or for a hug etc, it's okay to touch arms and legs but he just doesn't care about what he *can* do he just wants to do what he *cant* do and it's started to get me worried.

I'm not making a big deal of it, I've just been explaining it matter of fact like anything else and not too often, and usually he listens.. I'm also aware it's better to explain what he can do but with this subject isn't it important to say explicitly what he cannot touch?? Idk can anyone help?

Small glass of wine judged by the MIL

Went out for a meal last night with my in laws. She didn’t hear me order my drink but I ordered a small glass of white wine with lemonade spritz. When it arrived at the table she asked whose it was to which I said it’s mine, she said “well you can’t have that” (I’m exclusively breastfeeding). I corrected her and said I could, I had bought a bottle of my expressed milk with us for my daughter to have over dinner and by the time we would get home I would be more than ok. She repeated her same statement to which I said I could again and does she really think I would put my daughter in any danger to which she backed down!
For context I can count how many alcoholic drinks I have had since having our 6 month old daughter on one hand although granted this is the first glass of wine I have had in my MIL company. My MIL didn’t breastfeed, I just didn’t appreciate her comments. Did I over react?

Bed time

I appreciate everyone seems to have the opposite problem…but I cannot get my baby’s bedtime any later. He goes down for the night around 615-630. Which in theory sounds great, but we have to hold him for ages until we can transfer him to the Moses. And also means his first and only long stretch of sleep ends at 930-1030 😩 just as I’m going to bed usually. I just cannot get him to stay up any later!
I’ve tried waking him after 30 mins to treat it like a nap but he’s so grumpy and won’t have any of it, he just wants to be asleep. I’ve tried moving his morning wake time and naps along later. I’ve tried getting his last nap to last to at least 5, but it’s not happening.
I’m hoping that shifting his bedtime later will mean he’s less wakeful in the later part of the night.
Anyone any ideas?

Baby fell off the sofa

Please don’t judge!!

Hey my 6 month old rolled off the sofa today. I was not home and my partner was with him.
He seems fine. Eating and drinking as normal and has been smiling and even laughing.

My partner called 111 and they said to just monitor him.

He does seem a tint bit more grizzly this evening but he has missed a nap today as we wanted to keep him up to make sure he was ok.

Any advice, should i of taken him to hospital?

My partner is in absolute bits over it and burst into tears on the phone when he told me. He feels really guilty and I feel so sorry for him as its only the second time he has been left alone with him.

Advise please mamas Im so stressed about him sleeping tonight incase there is something wrong.
