MAT B1 form

Has anyone received their MAT B1 form yet? Work has just asked about it and I haven't received it yet. My next appointment isnt until 28 weeks. Thank you

My midwife told me I can get it at 26 weeks my next appointment but I think you can call the Gp and ask someone to do it

I just messaged my midwife and she did it and set it aside for me to collect at reception as I needed it for work before my next appt

Yes I got mine today! Went to the women’s centre at my local hospital and asked, they gave it to me in about 5 mins

Thank you for reminding me. I’ve been sitting on mine for over 4 weeks

I just thought it was given to everyone at their 20 week scan. Happened with both mine

My workplace needed it before 25 weeks so I asked my midwife to leave a copy with my GP surgery after my 20 week scan x

I just asked for mine as hasn’t recieved it yet and needed it for work. They sorted it and went to my midwife community hospital to collect

RFM

Hey ladies came in at 7 o’clock last night as was having RFM . 37 weeks today and not sure if I will be going home without baby boy . I have monitoring every 4 hours and a scan today which will determine the outcome . I’ve had no sleep at all in the ward , was freezing and in a lot of pain 🙈

Predicted to be just shy of 8lbs…

6lbs 11oz 🩷 and now we don’t have enough baby clothes to fit 😝

They couldn’t remove my ovarian cyst due to complications but, at least she’s out and we are both ok after being in surgery for what seemed like for ages!

Hip/back pain

Hello fellow mammas to be!
I’ve always struggled with hip pain, but I’m 28 weeks tomorrow and I’m finding myself in agony constantly. Every time I get up I’m hobbling like an old lady and I just can’t hack it anymore! Even through the night I’m tossing and turning because if I lay on one side for too long the pain wakes me up, but the other side hasn’t had chance to recover so I’m just stuck laying on one side in pain.
Has anyone been through the same and managed to find something to help? I’m at a point where it’s starting to get me down.

Why do I feel bad taking a day off work when nausea hits?

I have been suffering with morning sickness since finding out im pregnant and throughout July. I have had several days off work spread out and everytime feel bad. Today I was heading to work and ended up being sick so I message my manager that im not coming in however I feel guilty.

Labour Guests

I’ve been talking to my sister about when I’m in labour and who I would want in the delivery room, which is just under 20 weeks away.
It’s my first baby and I honestly have no clue what to do because I want it to be me and my partner alone, but then I would also like my mum there because it is my first, and my mum was there for my sisters first and I want her to be there when im having the baby. But she can get a bit too much sometimes and I don’t want her to be stressing me out more than I probably already will be. Is there away for my mum to be there but come in only when I call her in or ?
