Hubby rant

This annoys me so much . Who else can relate?? My partner works 12 hour days.. he comes home from work.. he goes straight to his shed.. doesn't say hi or anything.. we've been together almost 3 years. We have 7 children combined .. our youngest is 4 months old . All I want is for him to come inside and spend time with me and the kids.. he should be making time for me.. I moved to his small town where I have no friends. I'm bored here on my own.. I've tried talking to him but he doesn't get it.. this sucks . He said he's a hands on dad.. yeah right..he also said this is my job.. it's not one way street

Jimmy on relationships does a video was was the provider and now he's a stay at home dad, and so has a good perspective to call out this nonsense!

It's so rude that he's not supporting you practically parenting because they are all his kids and what you've blended?
What about his job as a parent?
He's not a hands on dad.

I would call him from the shed, say I'm going out, time to be a hands on dad and leave, even if you just go down the street for 30 mins and wait to come home again.

Absolutely not! How is he not embarrassed!

Caught my partner looking at pictures/videos of women AGAIN, (for context they are shaking their behind, talking dirty to the camera, doing all inappropriate motions all that stuff) we share a toddler son together which makes it worse, this has always been a boundary of mine that I have set in our relationship he has never physically cheated but he knows doing this hurts me as I know the thoughts in his head while he watches them, plus he watches them when he’s not around me so at work? So it’s literally not even for that kind of pleasure, my partner IS a sweat heart, he’s quiet a hard working man and is a good dad claims he loves me, he shows it but this is where he fucks up, I confronted him last night about the things I saw on his phone, he did the same stuff as before, went all quiet and kinda seemed cold tbf, didn’t even say sorry played dumb and then said he does love me that’s it , then he fell asleep in the end but I’ve just noticed that he’s removed me on socials (I suppose that’s because I said I don’t want to hear from him for a while unless it’s about our son) which probably hurt him, but now I feel more hurt, feel like he never fights for us, I know he loves me, I can tell it through his affection and attention but idk what to do anymore he’s not respecting my boundary and I feel like this is breaking me down each time it happens, what do I do? 😔😢

So Boom

I’ve been married for almost 2 years just had my first kid May 22. My Husband has an almost 9 year-old son. The mother just asked can he live with us because she lives in a hotel of course I’m not gonna say no because I love My Husband but at the same time it’s really not what I want rn. A part of me feels bad for feeling this way, I’ve worked so hard to build my life a certain way to now be adjusting to so many things, I never signed up for. As a Gemini, I feel certain ways about this simultaneously me and My Husband get into because sometimes I guess he can feel how I’m feelin, I’m not someone who can hide their feelings.

Would you be mad? If so, what would you do/say?

Maybe it's just my pregnancy hormones that's making me so sensitive, but I'm really upset.

My husband's friend lives with us (long story) and tonight I cooked fish curry.

I made it in a rush because my husband was on the way home and I was also extremely exhausted from the kids and cleaning a ton.

Anywho, when we were eating dinner he kept smelling it before even tasting it, then a few minutes pass by he finally tried it and had the audacity to tell me to my face that it wasnt tasty and he will only eat tasty food.

He didnt eat anymore after that.

He told me last time I made it, it was really tasty and the gravy was thick, but this time it was watery and it wasn't tasty.

Maybe its a stupid thing to be upset about, but I love cooking/baking so much plus I am pregnant and super emotional. My love language is cooking for my husband and family. So it really hurt that he told me that....

He made dinner last night and it wasn't good, but I still ate it and didnt say a word because I am respectful and didnt want to hurt his feelings.

Am I right or am I wrong?

Children playing safely at the soft play is the responsibility of yes the parents but also the members of staff?

I had a horrible experience yesterday where my 11mo wasn’t safe due to how some older children were playing (in the toddler area I might add) and after complaining they have come back and said it wasn’t their responsibility to fix.

9 month on solids

Need some advise please!

My baby has just turned 9 months. He’s always loved his food from the start and never really refused anything I’ve given him. I’ve never done the baby led weaning because I was always so scared and didn’t really understand it. So from the start I’ve been feeding him with a spoon. The last month or so I’ve been really trying him with finger foods like fritters/banana pancakes etc but he ends up just playing with them..chewing some and spitting it out, or even gagging so much that hes sick and throws everything up. I feel like he’s progressing really slowly with his food, but at the same time when I give him smoother food and I’m feeding him I can tell he’s getting frustrated because he doesn’t want to be fed with the spoon, he wants to do it himself, Which I do often let him do, but just uses the spoon as a play toy, so I do have to keep taking it off him to refill it. I’m feeling guilty, thinking maybe I should have done baby led weaning, I know he will get it eventually but I don’t want him to fall behind.

Please some advise would be appreciated 💜

Potty training mums are you a Carry Potty fan or a foldable toilet seat fan when out in public with your toddlers?

I bought a foldable seat but having used it with her recently, it was so much faffing about & I'm wondering if I should return it & get a carry potty instead 😬...

Also, how are you using your carry potty in public? Do you put it on the gross public toilet floors or just find a quiet corner somewhere? 👀
