My daughter just had her 2 month check up, and she’s measuring at the 32 percentile. She was born 7lbs 9oz but she’s only 10lbs now. I know our doctor said it s fine, but I can’t help but feel she should be chunkier? A part of me feels like it’s my fault for giving up on breastfeeding so quickly (due to a mastectomy I knew my circumstances were special and yes I was lactating just probably less than others). She was induced so suddenly due to my preeclampsia getting really bad, so I didn’t have a breast pump until she was already over a week old. I just feel so guilty :( she’s on formula and she eats ok, but I just can’t shake the feeling that I could’ve done better. Just needed to rant and maybe someone relates to how I feel

10lbs is plenty healthy for a 2 month old! As long as she's growing. I gave up on breastfeeding with my daughter and now she's 4 and thicker than a tree lol. They all get there in their own time. You haven't done anything wrong.

My little guy was in the 4th percentile for such a long time and I couldn’t help feeling like I was starving him. He’s finally catching up now, hopefully your little girl will too 🫶🏼 we go in for our 2 month checkup next week
