Hello Mamas! Baby girl #2 has made her arrival yesterday! She is healthy but sadly takes after her big sister when it comes to breast feeding!💔 I am going to continue to try as long as possible but subbing with formula & will be pumping what I can in hopes we’ll get just breast milk at least from pumping (and won’t need formula🤞🏻). What best worked for you when latching/getting babies interested & what best helped my strictly pumping moms milk supply?🥲🤞🏻

Check for ties and try to see a lactation consultant. Also please remember formula is consistent, breastmilk is not. Breastmilk changes as baby grows. Not a strictly pumping mom but the right size flange and keeping extra pump parts on hand (membranes, duckbills, ect) keep liquids and snacks on hand while pumping, look at photos of you LO or keep something that smells like her close. Also for some reason a lot of moms including myself see an increase in supply by eating oatmeal creme pies.
I hope my advice helps and I hope little one latches soon for you!

Mine used to do this I took him to the wic office for lactation specialist. Told me I had to put a little force into and shove it in there . Sounded crazy but they was right. I was nervous so I was always a little to gentle about it , but when I did what she said it worked he of course started pratically biting I’m talking he latched latched after that
