How would you approach this?
My ex cheated on me while I was pregnant. A few weeks after I gave birth, the girl he cheated on me with, reached out to me at 4 in the morning saying she’s great with kids and that she has a son of her own and that she’d be a loving mother to them while my kids are with her and my ex and that I have nothing to worry about. She asked to meet me and everything and said she has nothing but respect for me. Only to find out that it was my ex using a burner phone to text me. For context, before any parenting agreement was made, my kids visited their father with the agreement that no new partners were to be introduced to them without my knowledge. (He violated that hence why we now have a parenting agreement in place assigned by the courts). I ended up not meeting her and then she ended up dropping my kids off and tried to enter my home as if we’re cool like that. I told her to leave and that this was wildly inappropriate and her response was “wow you are a bitter baby mama”. Like wtf? This was months ago but it still just makes me irritated.

Mind you, my ex is my ex husband. We’re still married but going through the divorce process
First of all the audacity that man has to text you from a burner phone, making it seem like it was the other woman. Then on top of that the fact that she tried to enter your house like you guys were friends is WILD. I'd honestly let the court know ALLLLL of that information and then put it in the documentation that you and your ex have a specific app that is monitored through the court to communicate because he has already proved that he cannot be trusted to communicate with
