Hi everyone! First time pregnant roughly 5.5 weeks but already having quite a tough time with it all. Moderate to intense back pain started pretty much as soon as I found out at 4 week, pulsating sensation (not painful just feels like buzzing) in the lower stomach, headaches, exhaustion, mood swings, nausea, breathlessness and occasional fast sharp zings in the lower belly either on the left or on the right sides which as I’ve read online seems consistent with ligament stretching pains, which should occur closer to 8 weeks… I also have diagnosed endometriosis and PCOS, so wondering if those are maybe affecting the symptoms as well? Has anyone else experienced such a flurry of symptoms this early? 🫠
P.S. My great grandma, grandma and mom were all actually pregnant with twins at least once in their life, but hopefully it’s not that as not sure I’m prepared for twins straight away 😂😱

When I was around 5 weeks (with both of my pregnancies) I had theeee worst pains in my ovary on my left hand side, along with tender breasts, needing to wee frequently at night, feeling dizzy when getting up and walking up the stairs. I also felt absolutely exhausted all throughout my first trimester. I would say this can all be normal, obviously everyone differs to one another but sounds fine to me.
You could mention this to an early pregnancy unit though and get everything checked out or book an early scan for some reassurance x

I had a lot of nausea and dizzy spells in the first trimester, pretty disappeared after 13 weeks. Ginger beer or ginger snaps were my best friend in getting rid of that. I also had quite intense ligament pain but it came and went on and off throughout. That peaked for me at 30 weeks but thats because he seemed to have a favourite side and way of lying that was tucked in right against one side of me. Cute but it cause some muscular pain. You can use kinetic tape to help support the bump, definitely helps
