Postpartum hair loss

Anyone else dealing with postpartum hair loss? 😩

I’m finding hair everywhere—the shower, my brush, my clothes… it honestly feels like I’m shedding more every day. I know people say it’s normal after having a baby, but it can still be really upsetting and knock your confidence.

Has anything actually helped you? Did you just wait it out, or were there products, supplements, hairstyles, or routines that made a difference? And around what point did it start growing back?

Would love to hear your experiences and any reassurance if you’ve been through this. ā¤ļø

Girl I cut my hair to a pixie cause I’m over it

I lost a lot of my hair from the side, it looked like I was receding with my hair line 😫. I brought the nature spell spray off tiktok, and the regrowth is amazing! It stops your hair shedding lots too, and I also wear extensions and luckily with my last two refits I didn’t loose much! My friend recommended it to me as she’s got alopecia and her hair has actually grown back!x

I thought at first I was loosing hair, but it ended up actually getting thicker and longer. So don’t lose hope! I take hair skin and nails vitamins every morning and do a batana oil mask every week to ensure my hair is healthy. This has helped me a lot! Also, don’t wash your hair every day. Make sure to style it in a side braid or I straighten/blowdry mine and style it so it doesn’t get knotted. Also I use batana oil conditioner and rosemary tea tree shampoo! All the links are here:

The cheapest on Amazon is the Batana oil paste and a little goes a long way, in addition to the Hair Skin & Nails supplements. You can find cheaper shampoo and conditioners At TJMAXX & Marshalls Clearance section for $6-$7.

Hope this helps🫶

Grow gorgeous serum worked for me. I was balding, so you could see big patches on my sides

My hair is the longest its been in decades and at first it was falling out from PP hair loss and now my son yanks handfuls out. I've just been brushing it to get stray hairs out

Just waited it out sadly. My hair got super thin though, and also receeded at the front. The regrowth is comical!!
It went back to mormal after abut 18 months I'd say, just had to find styles that disguised it!
I'm 10 weeks pp with my second and literally this week I noticed how much came out in the shower. Seriously shocked me all over again! How may weeks pp are you?

Mine started around 5 months and now we’re 8months in and the shedding is still there but way less, I also started noticing some baby hair growing so I’m assuming they’re growing back

Breast feeding pain

Hi everyone, I’m 4 weeks postpartum and still dealing with nipple pain during breastfeeding. It’s gotten to the point where I’ve been pumping and bottle-feeding instead because the pain is so overwhelming. Everyone keeps saying it should ease up by 2-3 weeks max, so I’m wondering has anyone else dealt with pain lasting this long? Is this still within the range of normal, or should I be worried?

Poorly from nursery

Since starting nursery 2 months ago my son (nearly one) has been poorly literally every other week! Sometimes even weekly. It’s driving me insane! Having to miss work, or leave work early and lose out on my wages but still have to pay the super expensive nursery fees 😬 it’s awful for him too! When he was starting I had so many people say their kids were always sick from nursery but my GOD I was not expecting this it’s absolutely relentless! My question is… at what age does this get better?! 😩

Best product to clean clothes with poop (UK)

Hello
I was wondering what are the best products to clean poonamies (I think it’s the correct term? lol) on clothes?
I am due soon and I’m keep to have the best products or methods that are available in the uk.
In terms of laundry detergents we are using Fairy non bio capsules. Is there any products that I could use before on the clothes ?

Feeling trapped by the routine

I feel like no matter how hard I try I just cannot get out of the house when I'm on my own. We've hit the 4 month sleep changes, so I'm trying really hard to have a consistent nap schedule (day naps have been hit harder than night sleep). But this makes getting out and going for walks etc impossible. Baby is EBF too so with the weather and distracted feeds and growth spurts I feel like I'm constantly nursing. And when I'm not nursing she's asleep. I tried to get us out for a walk today for the afternoon nap but we failed once again. I'm currently nap trapped upstairs after giving her a "quick feed" before our walk.

Question to the parents who have no adult bath, how easy/hard is it with a baby/toddler, and do you wish you had one?

Me and my husband are looking at buying a different home, however the house we love does not have a bath. To those who don’t have a bath, how hard is it to bathe them and what do you use? Do you wish you had a bath? My husband really wants this home and so did I until I started thinking about the bath situation. For context my baby is currently 9mo. Thanks in advance!
