I feel like no matter how hard I try I just cannot get out of the house when I'm on my own. We've hit the 4 month sleep changes, so I'm trying really hard to have a consistent nap schedule (day naps have been hit harder than night sleep). But this makes getting out and going for walks etc impossible. Baby is EBF too so with the weather and distracted feeds and growth spurts I feel like I'm constantly nursing. And when I'm not nursing she's asleep. I tried to get us out for a walk today for the afternoon nap but we failed once again. I'm currently nap trapped upstairs after giving her a "quick feed" before our walk.

I feel the same but feel like if I got out nothing at home will get done and it just builds up between cleaning and looking after baby I have no time for myself

Get a baby carrier or sling and just wear baby, it's honestly the only way to get anything done, baby can nap or look around will be happy being close to you and you can get things done.
