Is it too late to buy a crib?

I have a 9 month old and she was sleeping in my bed but over the last few months she can’t sleep with her siblings in bed too 4 and 3 she thinks it’s just play time. We have a rectangle trampoline that’s netting that I zip her into but I feel so embarrassed having to do that. It keeps her safe and she sleeps amazing but I feel like it’s wrong.

I'm confused. She sleeps on a trampoline? It might be hard to get her to adjust to a crib but it's not impossible, definitely worth trying just might take a while for her to just use to it

Please buy a crib. It doesn’t have to be anything fancy.

My son's bed converts from crib to toddler bed. You could buy one like that. Or just buy a used crib off marketplace or something.

Get a pack n play for now. Ask local Facebook group if someone can sell for cheap or give. Babies need a firm place to sleep.

Unpopular opinion👀 baby’s don’t need baths as often as a we think. Maybe 1-2 times a week. But even months 0-5 it doesn’t feel necessary they aren’t dirty.

Like my toddlers get one every day or every other day but baby went like 2 months before having a real bath.

Feeling trapped by the routine

I feel like no matter how hard I try I just cannot get out of the house when I'm on my own. We've hit the 4 month sleep changes, so I'm trying really hard to have a consistent nap schedule (day naps have been hit harder than night sleep). But this makes getting out and going for walks etc impossible. Baby is EBF too so with the weather and distracted feeds and growth spurts I feel like I'm constantly nursing. And when I'm not nursing she's asleep. I tried to get us out for a walk today for the afternoon nap but we failed once again. I'm currently nap trapped upstairs after giving her a "quick feed" before our walk.

Is anyone else just… not enjoying pregnancy?

Please don’t judge. I’m a first-time mum-to-be, and I honestly feel like I’m not enjoying pregnancy at all. I’ve struggled with depression before, and since becoming pregnant it feels like it’s come back. I was also really sick from week 6 until week 16, so it’s only recently that I’ve been able to eat normally again.

Even though I have an amazing husband and family who support me, I still feel really lonely, like I’m the only one going through all these changes to my body and everything pregnancy brings.

I worry about my baby girl all the time if she doesn’t move, if I do too much effort, or before every scan. But I still don’t feel that strong maternal bond people talk about. Sometimes it doesn’t even feel real, and it scares me that I might be a bad mum when she’s born.
Sometimes I feel sad and crying for no reason. And I can’t wait to give birth and get back to my old self..

Has anyone else felt like this, or is it just me?

I think my Husband has chronic fart syndrome

Hi girlies
This is my first posting and I just want to vent and know if anyone else's husband farts like a trooper with an arsehole that smells like rancid sewage.

He swears he doesn't have ibs but every time he eats cheese related products or spicy food he's off to the races at the toilet. I've just read the NhS flatulents guide and he's got all the symptoms how do I support him in getting a diagnosis.

Honestly it's giving the ick this smell is just not normal. I'm also pregnant so that doesn't help 🤮🤮🤮 I don't want to sound dramatic but it's just terrible and even affects our sex life.

Postpartum hair loss

Anyone else dealing with postpartum hair loss? 😩

I’m finding hair everywhere—the shower, my brush, my clothes… it honestly feels like I’m shedding more every day. I know people say it’s normal after having a baby, but it can still be really upsetting and knock your confidence.

Has anything actually helped you? Did you just wait it out, or were there products, supplements, hairstyles, or routines that made a difference? And around what point did it start growing back?

Would love to hear your experiences and any reassurance if you’ve been through this. ❤️

Overprotective mum? Or just no support, or just mental health?

Hi guys, a little deep but I just wanted advice.
I’m a mummy to two beautiful children and I want them to have the best version of me. I feel like I have struggled with depression for a long time but I found it quite manageable but since having my 2nd 8 months ago I feel so overwhelmed, upset, angry etc. I could go on!

It’s getting to the point that I’m scared to go out alone with the children without my partner. I’m not scared of anything in particular just feel quite anxious in general.
A lot of people have been pointing out to me how I’m too over protective about my children and I don’t do anything for myself. I have no one who takes the load of me and I have them 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with no break really.
I was invited out the other night and my mother in law came to stay. Children were in bed and she dozed off. She didn’t realise the monitor had died and one of the kids were screaming so I decided to just stay in.
My mind would not let me leave that house incase she didn’t wake up and something happened to them.
Is this being over dramatic?
My partner doesn’t understand why I’m like this and I just feel myself slowly getting to an angrier version of myself.
I know it’s normal to lose yourself a bit after having children but I’m at a loss.
I can 100% handle my children but my brain makes me overthink every scenario to a point of me feeling anxious and upset to why I can’t receive help from family.
It wasn’t until I refused to leave my mother in law with them the other night that I thought maybe I’m being over dramatic or too strict on no one else looking after them,
We have little support anyway so it’s usually just me and the children while my partner works long hours.
I just want to feel better without judgement from people thinking I’m not handling mum life
