Finally it's due date month!
How much is everyone packing for the hospital? I've got a cabin sized suitcase and a changing bag full and still got some bits left to pack. Am I over doing it? FTM here so no idea what I will actually use but I also want to take things I might want to use even if I don't end up using them.
Also is anyone packing 0-3 clothing? I'm measuring in the 90 percentile but my midwife has told me that does mean I'll have a big baby. Again unsure and how many and what time outfits to pack. I love gone with just a newborn swaddle hoping that we will manage with that as my 0-3 swaddles are 2.5 tog
Thanks

Packed mine a few weeks ago!
I have a cabin sized suitcase for me which is pretty much full, a separate toilet bag with all my post partum things and baby has her own bag. I don't think it's overdoing it because it's got everything I need 🤷🏻♀️ I've only gone with what I think is essential. Happy to send my list if you want!
I've packed 0-1 because she is predicted 3kgs and 1-3 mo just in case that's wrong and she's a little bigger. There's usually a 20% discrepancy with predictions. So I would pack with that in mind. Better to have and not need! I've packed 4 baby grows and 4 vests of each. Not packed a swaddle, just going to use blanket or muslin to swaddle her in hospital (completely safe btw. I used to be a neonatal nurse and we did it all the time)

If there’s extra stuff you want to take just incase just leave it in the car and partner can grab if needed
