I need more ideas on what to cook for my picky toddlers (with hidden veggies).

I make soups weekly and freeze portions. The base is always marroebone/beef brisket and a chicken leg. Veg: parsnip, leek, 1/2 celeriac, carrots x2-3. Then depensing on what kind of soup I make, I add different veg such as mushroom, more carrots if carrot soup, same for leek, tomatoes, broccoli etc. Sometimes I dont add any extras and just make chicken soup so it would be watery with some carrot pieces to swrve and noodles. I would then discard the rest of veg I used for stock. If I added extra veg, I normally add potatoes too so its more filling and then blend all veg but add meat into the soup shredded. My daughter loves them and bone extract is very healthy, loads of minerals and collagen. She also loves houlash and mash, ish fingers, smiley faces and nuggets, beans, eggs, squsage from m&s, ghurkins.

Seconding soups! Also veggie sauces for pasta (blending broccolli or carrots/peppers and milk and mix into pasta, melt some cheese and season how you'd like). We also do oatmeal banana muffins (from Feeding Tiny Bellies) and blend in a bunch of spinach into the batter. Or meatballs with shredded carrots and zucchini :)
