13 week old is having 5 naps a day, wake windows around 1.5 hours xx

5 naps a day before her long stretch of sleep x

Sometimes 3, sometimes 5 🤣 definitely varies day to day x

Lucky if she has two!

He usually has about 4 throughout the day, we are going through the sleep regression though so each nap is usually only 30 mins, 45 if we are lucky. He sleeps about 10 hours intermittently throughout the night (8/9pm until 6/7am) but we have been super fortunate he’s always been an alright sleeper until the regression and done a longer stretch at night, after his 10 ish hours he then goes 2/3 hour nap then they’re shorter until bed time again, he’s usually awake for 1.5/2 hours at a time xx
