I’m starting to look at travel systems and really love the Silver Cross ones, but they’re so expensive. I’m happy to invest in a good pram if it’s worth it, but I’ve seen a lot of people say they can be quite heavy and that they ended up switching to a cheaper lightweight buggy later on.
Can anyone recommend a pram that’s great from newborn onwards? Thank you in advance ☺️

I have the ickle bubba stomp luxe travel system, I think it’s great. Only downside to a travel system is that they take up all of your boot space 😂
We are looking at getting a cheap stroller for our next holiday as we need the boot space. We have an estate and still have no space for anything other than a couple of small bags. Probably the only thing to consider if you drive ☺️

I had the silver cross tide it wasn’t heavy very lightweight and folded up I got mine from UK baby centre xx

Joolz aer 2

I love my Cove!!! It’s so easy to use, not bulky at all and one of the lighter options in comparison to egg/icandy!

I have venicci up line 2 and love it! My friend has a silver cross and it’s basically the same pram. It’s light weight, I have the smallest boot in the world and I can manage to fit it in 🤗 x

I have the venicci claro 2 and I can't give a 100% honest review on it yet as baby is due this month..
Buuuutt I have practiced with folding it up, getting it in/out of the car and its honestly such a heavy duty but light weight pram

I've bought Ickle Bubba Star travel system. Folds easily (one hand!) and you can swap between main bassinet and car seat with literally a click of couple of small buttons. Fits easily in the car boot 😁

I got the icandy peach 7 it’s lovely so sturdy and the fabrics are lovely however with hindsight I’d probably just get a yoyo or a joolz aer with the newborn attachments and car seat adaptors, cause from about 6 months we used a stroller and haven’t really bothered with the travel system since. Just something for you to think about cause a lot of people do stop using the travel system mainly cause they’re heavy/ bulky and take up a lot of space, think it’s ingrained in us mums to think we need one but there’s a lot of options now that are more compact and future proof too x

I have the silver cross reef 2 special edition I got mine from the trade baby show in excel includes everything and couldn’t be happier with it. One of the most expensive I would say but you can tell with the comfort and quality

I have a panorama XTi and it’s brilliant best one I’ve had. It’s got a car seat. I caught that turns into a buggy when they’re six months the handles adjustable and you can fit quite a bit under the basket.

We have the Silver Cross Breeze and love iy

Yoyo stokke!! Love mine. Recommend it to everyone!

We had a silver cross and it was quite cumbersome but I think all prams with bassinets are tbh. We got it for £50 off Facebook marketplace and I'm so glad we did as we only used it for 6 months and then switched to an Out n About which is now still our staple pram at 3 years old. We got a cabin sized lightweight one too for just throwing in the car when going to the shops. I honestly wouldn't spend big money on a travel system unless you're super committed to using it into toddlerhood, otherwise it's a waste of money imo x

I had the Icandy peach 7 and hated it. Stopped using it when my baby was 4 months and got the bugaboo butterfly 2 travel pram as it lies flat and much easier to fold etc!
