My baby is nearly 5 weeks old. She is cluster feeding around-the-clock. She doesn't sleep unless she is on me as soon as I put her down. She wakes up within 15 minutes. There has been an occasion where she's gone down for a few hours, but it's very, very rare. She's waking up every hour at night. My breast milk doesn't seem to be filling her, so I've outsourced combination feeding, so I'm doing breast and formula to see if I can finally get her to feel full and satisfied, so she'll sleep. 95% of the time when she's awake, she's crying and can't be settled.I'm the first time, mum and I'm struggling. My family don't live anywhere near me. I'm feeling incredibly guilty because I don't know how I'm going to cope with this every day. Don't get me wrong. I wanted her we tried for her and I would never take back having her.I love her so much, but I am really struggling and I can't see it getting any easier.
I genuinely feel like in failing, I don't know what to do.

Baby girl is also five weeks and we are experiencing the same thing through the day, luckily I manage to get her to sleep around 4 hours straight though the night

The only thing that helped me was co-sleeping. That is the only way I survived this stage. If you decide to co-sleep, just have a quick read up on safe sleeping x
