Not until 35 weeks 🙈

Around 10 weeks; if you can, try to eat more protein ❤️ I'm sorry, it can be crazy 🫠 in the early weeks, I only wanted fresh made food/nothing from home and honestly my life saver was I made a huge batch of chili and added organ meats to it and it was exactly the only food that I could handle for a solid month! Oh and I survived with rooibos and cinnamon tea too!

19 weeks but did creep back a bit at the end. Lemonade was my best friend and taking vitamins just before sleep!

With my first at around 10 weeks with the second I barely have any nausea!

Around 12 weeks. Try nutritious smoothies, they’re usually easier to eat during this period. Stay strong mama, you got this 💕

Mine got better, but never fully went away. I dealt with nausea almost my whole pregnancy and even vomited a few times in the 3rd trimester. Protein and eating consistently about every 2 hours helped

Oh bless you, I know how rough it can be. I lost a lot of weight my first trimester, 24/7 nausea and vomiting a fair bit, not being able to eat and drink. My subsided at around 15 weeks. Im now 18+5 and I still get the occasional wave of nausea that lasts very, very little time, but its nothing compared to what it was. X

Around 20 weeks it got better but it never disappeared until I went on mat leave at 36 weeks
