I know I'm being sensitive ...
... But it drives me mad when I'm asked what I do when my baby naps during the day. Especially by my mum who asked if I'm "working" or "working out" or something. My baby is now napping no more than 20min so I do small things around the house and that's it. I don't want to feel judged for it. Sometimes I just nap if I can.
Plus he is extremely fussy at the moment so the carrier is not an option (also I am exhausted)

Don't feel like you have to justify what you're doing while baby naps. My LO only contact sleeps, this is during the day and the night, I try to do little bits around the house during his wake windows, but I only started like this month, as his wake windows are now between 1,5-2 hours. When he naps I'm in bed with him, sometimes I nap too, sometimes I sit on my phone (like now lol), but if someone's is unhappy about something not done in the house, well they can be my guest and do it 😊
