Potty training and he's taking me every 2-5 minutes instead of waiting 🫠

It's day 1 of no nappy. Is this going well?

It’s better than not doing it! On the right track lol

It might be a pain in the ass but you have to keep taking them when they ask, even if they don’t go the one time you say no he’ll actually need it lol

At least he’s trying and willing! Good luck

Think of the first 3 days as data gathering, they all do different things and success or not on day 1 is no indication of how it's going! They need the time to process as well 😊

Is he doing a wee every time or just enjoying the sitting?

How do you all do it?

I’ve got the best 7 month old son who is my absolute world, but I am struggling so much. How do you all manage everyday life?
Like, I wake up and he is awake so I feed change and clothe him. I need a shower but how?! I need to vacuum the house, but how?! He doesn’t sleep for longer than an hour and when he does I’m so overwhelmed with everything I need to do that I don’t know where to start.
I don’t know how to cope with not being me anymore. I miss being able to get up, shower and dress and be presentable.
Does anyone have any life saving tips?

Quick rant

I’m super fed up with my partner. We had a baby back in may (premature). He works which I’m very thankful for but he’s never willing to help. Some feeds which are supposed to be his he’ll flat out refuse to do. He doesn’t ever help with house work. If I go out for a couple of hours which is very occasional, he will demand I come back after 2 hours because the baby is crying. He pushed me into coming off my birth control which led to me getting pregnant. He’s saying he wants another kid but he can’t even be around to want to help his first child. Everytime I bring up that I need more support he always comes back with an answer as he always has to be right and I’m always wrong😬

Paying a sixth of what he believes is the weekly bills rent and food..

Hi everybody, I’m a single Mam 4. My partner and I had our son four years ago we hadn’t been together very long. He broke up at me when I was pregnant and then got back with me then moved in to my house without invitation two weeks before our son was born and said he’ll give me €70 a week as a “contribution” at the time I had just had a child. I was very emotional and didn’t want to argue with him about money. I am on a loan parent payment and he is full time employed at a well paid job. I have tried to bring it up few times that it is just unfair to think that a grown man can move out of his parents house move in with a single Mum and think that his donation of what he calls is about a sixth because I should have to pay the rest because of me and my four kids. (my youngest child is his)
I do all the cooking all the cleaning I do all his washing. I have his dinner ready for him when he comes home and I buy all the stuff for his lunches, so he doesn’t have to buy food when he’s in work he just thinks I should supply it and will eat stuff I have bought for my kids for their school lunches even though I ask him not to he laughed like it’s a joke.

Need opinions

Boyfriend: Mortgage, Hoa, Utilities
-works full time
-takes out trash

Girlfriend: Groceries/Necessities, Internet, Furniture
-works part time
-all childcare
-all household work

Car payments, phone bills etc. are personal. Is this a fair set up?
My boyfriend thinks I should be paying more bills but I don't think so because I earn less & do all the household labor. Also when calculating the percentage of our incomes spent on household expenses it comes out to a pretty equivalent percentage.
I suspect he's overspending on his own personal things because doing the math, he should be accumulating a savings with a moderate spending budget per month. But he says he is losing money dramatically and needs extra help. While I'm able to build a savings but I'm very frugal with what I spend on myself. But like I said we both contribute about 75-80% of our paychecks to household expenses so that leaves about 20-25% personal for each of us to do with what we wish.

Let me know if this is generally fair
