Hey so I found out I was pregnant at 3 months pp after having a c-section ( not emergency though) and although now that I’ve had my 12 week scan from 20 weeks ill move onto Doctor care rather than midwife led , I am not a high risk pregnancy like I thought would be , I’m also finding this pregnancy so much easier than with my first. I was so shocked and scared at first but now I’m much more excited even though it will be challenging your giving your babies the best gift ! Built in besties .Can’t give too much advice as I’m not much further ahead but hope all goes well for you xxx

My first pregnancy had a lot of complications and there for any pregnancies onwards would be classed as high risk :(x

All I would say is don’t feel like you have to rush your decision you still have plenty of time to decide. I was originally thinking termination too and tbh the midwife’s I spoke to at the clinic were really helpful and supportive of Maybe book an appointment with a doctor to discuss what continuing would look like if you feel that’s what you’d like to do. My first was high risk hence why I was booked for a c-section I can’t speak for everyone but I definitely think a planned one would be different to an emergency one, I personally had a really positive experience with mine. But don’t feel any guilt with whatever you choose only you know what’s right for you and your little family xx

Big baby advice please!!

I attended my midwife appointment today (27+4) and baby is literally off the scales! Midwife has said she’s referring me for an emergency scan and look really concerned for me. Has anyone else’s growth chart shown a baby this big? If so what was the weight at birth? TIA

Advice on early induction

I had my growth scan today (35 weeks) and they are measuring on the 9th percentile. I have another scan in two weeks and they'd like to discuss inducing between 37-39 weeks if they've not grown enough. Any advice or similar experiences?

Second baby and my first was born 6th percentile at 40 weeks - small but perfectly healthy!

28 week bloods

Riding my last appointment my midwife told me I needed to go for the 28 week blood tests at the hospital. Do I book this or will I get something through?
