Mines been constant! Anything fruity helped me, I bought Oranges, orange juice, strawberries, ginger shots are supposed to help but they're vile 😅😅 i tried everything, I hope it gets better for you! Im 13 weeks and the nausea has calmed but my energy levels are 0

Ginger nut biscuits all the way.... Or anything with ginger in it as ginger helps nausea. Also eating small and frequently. I found the hungrier I was the more sick I felt x

Crackers, toast, plain pasta and fries. Ginger candies as well. Small meals instead of large

Mine was constant from 8 weeks and started calming down towards the end of my 1st trimester. Im at 15 weeks now, still have nausea but its not as bad as it was. Ginger nut biscuits, fennel seed water, lemon water, eating something plain first thing in the morning amd having small meals throughout the day. Theres nothing particular that really helps but it calms things down for a bit.

Early symptoms

Would love to hear everyone’s early symptoms. I’m around 4 weeks and not really have many besides feeling bloated. When I was pregnant with my daughter I had Covid so I was just miserable in general

Baby is here!

Baby boy arrived on his planned c section date of 13th august but via spontaneous labour, waters breaking, over a day of contractions and taking forever and a day to dialate. Born 9lbs 5 ounces at 39 weeks and 3 days. My Vbac was deffinately a very different experience from my c section.

Family Traditions.

So i grew up in a household that didn’t celebrate holidays for religious purposes. When i was old enough, I didn’t partake in the religion. We actually stopped attending when i was about 10 years old. Now that i have a daughter i want to start traditions. With the upcoming holiday season approaching, i would love to hear your family traditions. Some things i can google but hearing from real families, would be better.

1st Birthday Party

We can’t decide whether to have a 1st birthday party for our baby boy or not? I just feel like it would be the easiest and best way for all of our family to see him (as I know everyone will want too) but I also can’t decide whether I’d rather we just spent the day together as a family of 3 ❤️
Will we then regret not having a party? 😭
Any advice would be much appreciated thanks x

Is anyone else experiencing air hunger but it's in waves and even when you can catch your breath it still feels like you can't?
