It honestly seems like you're dealing with depression or maybe postpartum depression. Do you believe in God? Do you go to church? If you do maybe join a women's group or mommy and me group?

This person right now u are talking about is going through getting back her identity . You are strong , your are beautiful and you are enough

I'm not sure I know what advice could help but I'm happy to help you brainstorm some ideas on things you could maybe try. I feel the same a lot of the time so I've been looking at a lot of online advice on coming out of survival mode. Exercise is always high on the list but I don't feel that's always the best answer. What about trying something new? There is a few group chats on here and maybe connect with a few mum's that have been through similar situations. I'm not sure what will help you feel happier but you have come this far you are strong enough to go a little further and try some things and see what fits? X

You will be okay praying that u feel better mentally ur not alone š
