Sleeping on tummy

So recently I have moved my 4 month old (5 months next week) to her own cot. I know they are suppose to sleep in the same room as you until they are 6 months old but she was waking herself up in the next to me and this was causing her to be extra tierd during the day.
Since moving her she has been sleeping loads better but she keeps rolling onto her front during the night. I roll her back onto her back and she will stay like this for 30/45 minutes before rolling back onto her front but this does wake her up me rolling her back. Does anyone else's little one sleep on there front or have any suggestions?
She learnt to roll from back to front a month ago but cant roll front to back.

I think I’ve learnt that if they’re uncomfortable they will let you know…if she’s still sleeping once rolled onto her tummy then she’s happy and peaceful ! ☺️

My little girl has been sleeping on her tummy since 2 months old. Sleeps 12 hrs a night always has. Sometimes rolls on her back but if she’s ever uncomfortable she’ll let me know ! X

I really struggled to come to terms with this as I was worried about SIDS etc... but if they have rolled onto their side/tummy, thats where they want to be... no matter how many times you roll them back 🥴🤣 they will let you know if they are upset, but she should turn her head to the side!
I had 2 sleepless nights before finally admitting defeat 🤣x

My little girl is also 5 months next week, she lesrnt to roll from back to tummy about 3 months old. Hasnt mastered the roll back yet, but as soon as she learnt to roll she has slept either on her side or her front. I kept moving her back to her back the first few nights she stated but it just woke her. I leave her now she has plenty of hesd and neck control and we do lots of tummy time during the day, when j wake up in the night I just make sure I can see her face is clear from her mattress and if it isnt (which is very rare) ill just turn her head. The first few nights were frightening but now im ok xx

I just always make sure I put her down on her back. As soon as she hits that mattress shes moved anyway x

Yeh thats true I suppose she will let me know. She does sometimes turn her head to the side but last night she was face down. She only started sleeping on her front since moving her into her cot which happened Thursday night so its all still a bit of a restless night for me from worrying. She has always slept between 10 and 12 hours from about 1 month old so I have been really lucky😊

Do I really need an infant car seat?

I'm struggling with the wastefulness and consumerism that comes with creating a baby registry. So much of this stuff will be used for 2-3 months and then donated or trashed. I noticed that most of the convertible car seats are good from 4lbs to 50lbs. Can I just use that or do I need an infant car seat too?

Breast pump advice

Hey! I have been breast pumping since my baby was born mid-July. I’m just past the 4 week mark and my supply has dropped. I did see that this is common “week 4 reset” thing. I pump every two hours and am trying to eat and drink more (didn’t know how hard this would be as a first time mom lol)

My main concern is that the last week or so, just my right nipple has started to crack/so sore and is pretty freaking painful now while pumping. I have gone up and down a flange size and use nipples cream to assist with rubbing but nothing is working.

If it doesn’t get better I may have to quit and I don’t want that 😭

Any recommendations? / advice?

Baby washing

FTM! What are people using to wash their baby clothes ready for the first wear? There’s alot online about fragrance free etc but I’m not sure.

Is it normal to feel postpartum depression a year after having a baby I felt fine after my second baby was born but around 6 months postpartum I started feeling very depressed and having a hard time connecting with my kids I just don’t even feel like a person anymore I’m now 9 weeks pregnant with my 3rd and feel absolutely no connection to this pregnancy I’m afraid I won’t feel a connection with this baby at all once they are born.(it’s not just the kids tho I also feel like I lost a connection with my partner I can’t stand him I do love him I just seem to feel annoyed at everything my partner or my kids do I don’t like anybody touching me I don’t like cuddles with any on them and I feel horrible about it )

How do I prepare my velcro baby for nursery?

He’s 11.5months, spends 24/7 with me, exclusively breastfed, only transfers to cot when in deep sleep and cosleeps at night. I am so scared of traumatising him when he goes to nursery full time 😭

Apps recommendations for sleep/feed etc

Hey, does anyone recommend any good apps they’ve used to track sleep/wake cycles and feed timings? My 10 week LO fights sleeping the day and I want to start tracking wake windows etc to ensure I’m doing what I can to help him
Get some sleep during the day
