I had bad depression after my 1st but when I had my second I found everything easier. I think i knew what I was in for. The second one just slots in with your routine. I had my second section and found the recovery so much easier than the first. First time it floored me but this time around i was up and about on the second day and was able to get back to almost everything as normal. It was a total opposite and was refreshing

I have a 22 month age gap (my little boy will be 2 in September and I’ve just had a little boy, four weeks old) although I didn’t have depression, I found the first two weeks after my first little boy VERY overwhelming but this time round it has been so so much easier. I knew what was coming and didn’t feel as stressed! Don’t get me wrong it’s hard and some days are worse than others but I’ve found the 1-2 jump better than 0-1

I found having 2 easier than 1 I also had severe ppd after my first right up until I gave birth 2 my second and it just magically went away and I haven’t had it since
