Best nappy creams?

Bepanthen works great for us. Always clears up quite quickly

Matanium everytime the best cream out there for nappy rash and its water proof!!and you only need a tiny bit ive had 3 babies within two days of using it gone!!x

B5 panthenol was great for us when we needed it, you can get it from b&m or poundland!

The Egyptian magic cream has always worked for my little ones

Bepanthen is only thing that works for my LB when he gets sore. Childs farm is a good second if i dont have any.
I use sudocrem as a barrier only (before bedtime nappy).

No nappy cream. All nappy creams we tried actually made the nappy rash worse and came back even after steroid cream treatment. We also found out he was allergic to Pampers.

My baby when he was a newborn, he had really bad nappy rash so we had to get special cream from the doctors called fucidin and then afterwards we used sudocrem

Bepanthanol (dk how to spell it sorry) has been so helpful I use it for everything like if he has sore armpits or neck or butt it clears it so fast great product
