My wedding should have been today. But I postponed, because a week ago my mom had a stroke. It feels like my entire life imploded, I don't feel like I'm in my body. The grief is so unbearable I'm either needing to have the tv on as I do something else, or I'm just staring off. The pain is worse than anything I've ever felt, I truly cannot fathom life without her here. I'm beyond heartbroken.
I'm hoping some other people who've lost a parent can share some encouragement. Right now there's no light at the end of the tunnel.

I’m so sorry girl 😢 take all the time you need to grieve. She sounds like a wonderful person 💔

There is no good time to lose a parent but this is beyond awful. What should be such a happy time has become one of the worst days. I lost my mum almost 2 years ago but I’ve buried it so far down that I almost believe she’s still here. Absolutely not suggesting you do this (not a great way to grieve) but it hurts too much to think of her she was my best friend

I am so so sorry 💔
