Any other moms really struggling with their child starting school? š„ŗ
My daughter just started yesterday, and sheās actually doing great. Sheās excited, happy, and ready for this new chapter⦠Iām the one having such a hard time. š I know itās not going to be perfect and that there will be an adjustment period, but I just wasnāt prepared for how emotional this would be for me. š

Hi guys, Iāve got two kiddos a two year old and a 2 month old. My husband has always struggled with watching things he shouldnāt be. I find out (after asking and asking because I know heās lying) cry and forgive because I love this man with everything in my soul. He apologizes, says itāll never happen again and it does. Well when I had my two year old he fell into it again and so this time I begged him not to do it this time postpartum and itās happened twice. Something in me broke this time, Iām agitated, Iām withdrawn, I feel almost done? Is there any fixing it or is it time to wipe my hands. Iām a stay at home mom as well so Iād have to navigate that.

My son is 2 turning 3 in December and I know for the following year he will be entering pre-k so heāll need to be potty trainedšŖ. Heās already a size 8 in diapers so I know heāll have to be in undies soon. I do have trouble getting him to focus and follow directions so Iām not sure how to navigate him to be potty trained.

I have recently become the only caretakers for my child I live in a country with no family or friends recently been divorced and the pressure of just being the only caregiver for my son has been driving me insane Iām not able to do anything or get anything done ex-husband refuses to help out with 8 month old baby I have to do everything by myself. I donāt have a job depend on him financially heās been really difficult refusing to help out. I feel like Iām slowly losing myself and drowning in the sorrow of motherhood with no financial stability living in a very small Shered apartment.

I canāt stand my husband. I look at him and there is no spark left. His past has caught up with him causing us to be homeless and living paycheck to paycheck. I told him a month ago I wanted a divorce and he said if I filed heād just rip it up because he wonāt agree to it. He tried suggesting marriage counseling even though Iāve been asking for it for over a year and was told āonly losers go to therapy.ā
Our son recently got an autism diagnosis and he treats him differently now. Calling him ātismoā and saying comments about why couldnāt he just have a normal son. He has like stopped taking care of him and half asses it. The burnout is real. I signed our son up for daycare because I needed help and a break and was told Iām just lazy.
I really donāt know what to do. Getting married to this guy has cost me my career, screwed me financially, I no longer have my own car because he tried to fix my old car and it caught on fire one day while driving it.
My daughter who isnāt is canāt stand him. She told me the other day that she feels bad for me because Iām stuck married to him.
Idk what to do. I feel trapped being with him.

Ladies, what are we doing to keep our little ones happy / entertained throughout the day? Idk about your little ones but mine has like zero interest in toys anymore, he just wants anything he shouldnāt have and he wonāt sit and play by himself usually for more than say 5 mins before crying and fussing to be picked up. Iām struggling so much to get stuff done around the house unless his dad takes him out (which I hate as Iāve realised I have massive separation anxiety with him!!) or if heās asleepā¦
Like all he wants to do is hold my hand and stand up, walk around holding my hands or try to grab things he shouldnāt have (my phone, random unsafe objects stones, etc etc!) and I bought him a playpen too so I can put him in there and do stuff but he just cries at the begging for me to get him! I know I could probably let him get on with it more than I do but itās not in my nature to let him cry, I rush to him straightaway and I canāt change that. So what can I do to keep him happy? Any suggestions would be amazing šš¼
