The only one

Maybe my expectations are too high, but I thought that when I got on this app, I would find some women who are interested in going out and enjoying life talking about motherhood, possibly introducing our children to each other and just simply growing however, that has not been my experience I am not going to keep forcing a relationship with a woman or anybody. I just expected more effort from people who signed up for an app to make friends with each other and now I noticed this this is not the case. I just wanna know if I'm the only one does anybody else feel like they're at wits end with this app?

I’ve deleted and redownloaded this app multiple times I get it. Me personally I get turned off by people trying to meet up right away. I’m a millennial I was raised with the fear of meeting random people off the internet. So if we’re chatting and you ask me to go meet you and your kids within the first 12 hours of communicating that’s weird to me. I also feel like people have lost the art of conversation. It is truly hard to find interesting people that can hold a conversation and not respond with only one word of an emoji. That being said I have made a good mom friend on here and we’ve been friends for over 2 years now. It takes work but there are some gems out there

omg same. everyone talk a bit and never actually are up
for something to do to meet up or have longer convos. That was my thought why come to the app if you not putting an effort to make friends!!

Is this okay?

Bf forcing me into a career because he said it’s the only way to make money. Commercial real estate, he on a new kick and said i have 3 months to get going on it or he’ll find a partner who will… apparently my goals in life don’t matter as much as money. We have 3 under 5 and I’m a caregiver for my 2 asd kids and homeschooling and therapy 5 days a week between those 2 kids and being disabled myself and we don’t even live together so I do it all alone basically. I planned on having and building a career because I’m 23 I have time still but he said that doesn’t matter and i need my real estate license asap. I planned on going back to school to either finish my criminology degree or go into cosmetology/ be a nail tech since I already do nails on the side. I said I have more than enough time in my day to get my license and and basically start running a business when I’m barely holding things together at home😤

Sex

Am I the only one who just has no interest in sex even if I love my partner? I want to love it but I just can’t I even offered for him to go get it elsewhere. I know that’s not everyone’s cup of tea but I’m just that detached from sex and I feel it’s selfish of me to deprive him of it. He even tells me that he just wants to have sex with his partner but I just don’t want to.

Anyone else bored of their life?

Bored of the same thing every day only so much we can do with our babies and so many walks and coffees etc. Any ideas on how to mix things up abit? Im just so bored and its making me depressed

Loneliness

Hello! First time poster here 🙈 currently been on maternity leave (used remaining holiday) since 30th July and have never felt lonelier. No one texts, makes plans with me, am too depressed to reach out and don’t want to feel like a burden. Anyone else feel like this and will it pass??
