I recently started working less than a month ago and I am struggling with pumping/feeding my daughter at work. She’s able to go with me. I was doing good with pumping about 2 oz (maybe 3 on a good day) but then I started having issues with getting no more than half an ounce after pumping for 30 minutes. I’ve tried 3 different brands and types of pumps. I’m now using one that has to be plugged into the wall. Where I’m struggling is I am not able to do that at work. There is no way they can accommodate it I have been told. And there is also no way to accommodate me going and feeding her either unless it’s on my lunch break. I start at 8:30 and do not get a break until 1. I feel like I am being pushed/forced to put my daughter on formula. I’ve tried all the things, supplements, power pumping when at home, 3 different kinds of pumps. I drink about a gallon of water and try to work in body armors. I’m on the verge of quitting this job and don’t know what to do.

It’s illegal for them to not provide you some accommodations. Time and a place to pump. I even work from home and I have protections on pump time. I would check laws in your area against your job requirements (since you’re new) and fight for what you deserve!
My supply also dipped when I went back to work. I had to build it up again my putting a Haakaa on the side I wasn’t nursing when I fed my baby and slowly collected a couple extra oz to help supplement what I wasn’t getting while trying to pump. During pump sessions - are you using the right flange size? Mine changed a couple months into BF. Are you triggering multiple let downs? There’s tricks for this online. Try power pumping, upping the frequency, and quantity of pump sessions. Worst case scenario, fed is best and supplementing with formula is always an option. Rooting for you!!

This. Was going to say that too, that’s illegal
