Weird dreams / scary dreams

I been having these very scary and weird dreams every night and I find myself waking up out of my sleep at night a lot and hallucinating as soon as I wake up thinking I’m seeing things but it’s not there I’m only 10 weeks 5 days and it makes me so scared and nervous because I think I’m going crazy and losing my mind.

What should I do.?

Oh yea that definitely happens. Before bed set the stage. Watch things that make you happy or feel good. Something cute or even romantic. For bed play some soft music that helps with sleep. I’ll put a link for what I listen to below.
The stage for your dreams are set by your subconscious. Worry, fear, all natural things to feel when you’re going through this, will definitely show up in your dreams. It’s important to care for yourself as much mentally as you would physically right now. You got this girly!!!

Are you having trouble sleeping? This happened to me postpartum bc I was extremely stressed and getting super fragmented sleep. As long as you know that what you’re seeing is not real and it is only happening in that in between sleep and wake state I wouldn’t worry too too much but totally get being concerned. Def mention it to your therapist and psychiatrist if you have them

I experienced this at 4m postpartum and it’s definitely scary. Sending you lots of hugs, it does get better I’m now a year pp and it doesn’t happen anymore. If you have people you trust, I would talk to them about this and therapist as well. I slept with a lamp on till it stopped basically. I was never in total darkness, and would put soft music to sleep to or whatever music helps you feel relaxed. Remind yourself constantly that these things aren’t real, it’s your mind playing tricks on you; try to name things from your reality that bring you peace and comfort and use them as reminders of what’s real and what isn’t. Don’t navigate this alone, we aren’t meant to and sometimes asking for help is the best thing we can do. You got this!!

Reduced movements!

Hi girls - I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant and feeling a bit embarrassed. I’ve been told I’ve got an anterior placenta and I’ve been in triage around 5/6 times since 25 weeks for reduced movements. I’ve since moved and my care has changed to my current hospital. I went in over two weeks ago for reduced movements, ctg was fine and was referred for a scan to double check - that went perfect as well. I went in today because she again, wasn’t moving much - soon as I got there she was all active and wiggling away. Ctg went perfect again but they’ve referred me for a scan again to double check. I just feel like I’m wasting their time and I’m a bit embarrassed about it all. I know I’m doing the right thing by getting it checked if she has reduced movements - I just worry about other people thinking I’m being a bit dramatic! Has anyone had a similar situation?

Boy or girl? 🩷🩵

I've just had my 12 scan and I'm curious as to what people think the little one might be ☺️

I know you can look into the nub theory, so I'm curious if some of you can tell 🤨🤭

This is the clearest photo they could get due to previous C-section scar and baby just not playing ball today 😂🤦🏼‍♀️

Heart Shaped Uterus

I am 5 weeks 5 days and had an early scan this morning due to cramping last week. Everything on my scan looks exactly how it should and the consultant was happy. However she did mention I have a heart shaped uterus and implantation occured on my right. I asked what did that mean and she explained uterus has a slight drip which makes it heart shaped. She said it's nothing to worry about. I stupidly googled after the scan and read there is an increased risk of miscarriage etc. Does anyone have a heart shaped uterus/have positive stories?

I was wondering at 35 weeks would it regenerate or is it just now a wait and see game ??
