Bed times?

Our LB falls asleep between 8-830. And gets up at 7. Nap always ends before 215… otherwise he will be up partying until after 9. He sleeps all night, very rarely and night wakes.

Usually up from a nap by 2pm then bed at 8pm and wakes up between 6 and 6.30 (only wakes in the night if hes ill). Worth trying both an earlier and a later bedtime to see what works but ive heard you have to try it for a week consistently to see if it actually works.

Bedtime between 7 and 7:30. It's 7:30 but he will sometimes ask to go earlier around 7. He sleeps through and wakes at 6:30-7 depending on whether its a work/nursery day. Nap at home is 1130-1 at nursery it's 12-1:30, again he's asks to go and then takes himself

Bedtime 7:45, wake up between 7:30-8. Nap 1:30-3:30, nursery he only does an hour nap but doesn’t overly affect nighttime sleep

My 2 year old gets put down at 7 pm and my 7 year old go s to bed between 8:30 and 9 pm

I think there must be a a sleep regression because my daughter has been so difficult to put down at night recently! She refused her nap yesterday then was exhausted and crying because I wouldn’t let her fall asleep driving home, then bed time came and she singing baby shark an hour past bed time.

I put my boy to bed around 7pm and we have a cuddle and a chat and he's usually asleep by 7:30pm - he wakes between 6:30 and 7am. Naps 12:30/12:45-2/2:15ish

7-7:30 how does he sleep when he fist goes to sleep do you sit in the room with him? If so he could be waking in the night and wanting that for comfort maybe? You could try when first putting him to bed around 7 not sitting in with him if that’s something you want to try and break? X
