Solids

My guy def prefers the boobie and bm popsicles! We have started solids - no purées yet. Jsut hard foods safe for him to explore and taste. Slabs of cucumber with the seeds removed, he loves big pieces of bell peppers to gnaw on, celery sticks and some avocado in the silicon teething things. Made a really nice lamb broth we freeze for popsicles which he loves and I let him gnaw on the bone 🦴(no salt or onions or anything, just filtered water and high quality lamb form our neighbors farm). He isn’t sitting up fully on his own, so waiting for purees and self feeding once he’s able to sit at a high chair comfortably. Also have heard mixed things on purées not being the best as they don’t learn to map their mouth, or how to use their gums. Idk, we’ll try some still once he’s up. He’ll be six months on the 23rd. We’ll try some of our eggs soon too. Hard boiled, mashed with some breast milk. Starting with savory and avoiding sweet fruits or potatoes till later
