Leaking

I’m not a dr but from what I’ve heard you can collect but not pump before 37 weeks. I’d ask your dr for sure though!

I started to leak around that time but didn’t collect til I was given the green light from the dr. Just let it leak lol

No that’s great! I started leaking with both my kids at 17 weeks and I just collect whatever came out😂😭

I started leaking early with my first but didn’t leak with my second. With both I started hand expressing into collection tubes/syringes at 34 weeks. Hand expression doesn’t stimulate the nips like a pump does. Definitely don’t pump as that can trigger labor. Both my kids came 38-39 week mark. Would be a good idea to get the okay from your doctor, but mine said it was okay at 34 weeks so that’s when I started.

My OB said Pumping can induce your labor so be careful... closer to you due date the better ...

You can get idle collection cups that just sit in your bra from elvie no suction, you can use them for now but dont hamd express, pump or use anything with suction till after you get the go ahead 😊
