Im currently 34 weeks pregnant with my first...I think I'm having Braxton Hicks contractions. I've been getting them lately, feels like period cramps...usually doesn't last long, its more of a constant pain than something that becomes more intense. Everything I'm reading says they don't hurt and go away when you change positions...I feel like whoever wrote that doesn't know what they're talking about. They definitely hurt, not like the worst cramps ive ever felt, but when you haven't had a period for 8 months its painful. I just had it for about 10 mins straight and now its gone...is that what I'm feeling or is maybe gas? Everything also says toyr stomach gets rock hard..
I feel like my stomach is always hard...definitely harder on one side, thats where my baby's bum is...can anyone give me some reassurance? Also I'm not leaking anything.

It sounds like Braxton hicks. It being more consistent mean your body is preparing for labor which is good though you could also be dehydrated and/or moving around too much.
Unmedicated VBAC with chunky 9lb7 and a half baby 😃
Don’t be pressured by growth scans, your body can birth big babies 💪🏽
My biggest piece of advice is tens machine, gas and air and birthing comb combined 😅 oh and so much trust in your body’s capability! X

Due to be induced on Sunday and I’m currently 41+3 today, nervous about being induced as I wanted natural with birthing pool. Please only positive experiences on being induced because everyone’s been fear mongering me about being induced🥲

Hey all, need to take my baby to be weighed next Friday, I’ll be 3 weeks 5 days post csection, the walk would take me 45 mins each way and my husband is working, I feel physically recovered and fine already, can do all of the things they say to do before driving, has anyone driven before the 4-6 weeks and felt fine or am I best off waiting and walking to the weigh in?

I’m currently 36 weeks pregnant. Over the last 3–4 days I’ve had a lot more thick, jelly-like mucus/cervical discharge than usual, coming away in quite large amounts. I’ve also been having cramps and a lot of pressure, loose stools (around 4 times today), and I’ve suddenly lost my appetite as nothing seems appealing. I’m sleeping very badly because I’m constantly waking up uncomfortable and I’m extremely tired and groggy.
My first baby, was small and born at 37 weeks. This baby has also consistently measured small. At my growth scan today, he was around the 5th percentile and weighed roughly 5-something lbs. They said he may just be constitutionally small as I’m small and Arabella was too. They did an extra blood-flow/Doppler check for reassurance and it was completely normal. I’m having another growth scan because he isn’t growing quite as much as they’d like. I’m wondering whether everything together could mean I’m likely to go into labour early again?

Also, why does everyone like chicken? Obviously not for you if you are vegetarian or vegan. My husband said because there's so many ways you can make it, casserole, stewed, curried, baked, grilled, fried, airfried so he will never get bored of it lol
